I cannot recommend Charles highly enough. I have purchased many cars over my long history of driving and have never encountered such a high level of customer service and that includes the purchase of a brand new vehicle! Charles ensured the car I chose was in tip top condition before he handed it over which included him providing a full MOT and all advisories were corrected. I even had loan car whilst this was being completed. Charles you are a gentleman! I can't thank you enough.

We were looking for a safe, suitable and reliable car for our daughter who is learning to drive. Charvil Car Centre is over an hours drive away, but it was worth the journey to buy the car as Charles is incredible. He is honest, thorough and professional and totally understood our requirements. Our daughter is thrilled with her car and her confidence is growing daily. Charles and Chris provided the perfect car for her.

Absolutely amazing car centre and wonderful customer service. Charles went above and beyond for us when we were looking for a car. We just so happened to come across Charvil Car Centre on your average car search on the internet. From beginning to end Charles was honest and friendly. Charles wouldn't let us walk away with something that wasn't right for us.

He was understanding to our personal situation and went above and beyond to find a car and a price that matched our needs and wants! I don't often do reviews but I felt that Charvil Car Centre really deserves it! the amount of car centres that try to fob you off is crazy - but that is the complete opposite to how you are treated at Charvil Car Centre.

Charles at Charvil Car Centre is wonderful and amazing! He was really helpful and supportive when purchasing our first car, a fiat 500, during the Covid-19 crisis. We kept in communication during lock down and when viewings were allowed again, we were straight round and got to test drive, purchasing straight on the spot! The service is amazing, full MOT and he made sure everything was perfect for us.

Unfortunately can't give more then 5* but Charles deserves 7* at least. We tried to find a small-nice car for my girlfriend for a reasonable price. After so many disappointing views we walked in to Charvil Car Centre. We felt from the first second that something is different here when we met with Charles. Welcoming, reliable person and lots of extras included in the price what you can't find anywhere else.

We bought a Mazda 2 which is in really good condition, low milage, the price reasonable, included a fresh MOT, breakdown cover and some gurantee. However the car worked perfectly, Charles told us to take it back after few weeks when we have time, because he wants to make sure that we have brand new break pads - for no extra charge. Because of the COVID the few weeks became few months but still this has happened as it was promised.

I can just recommend to buy a car from him, you will not be left alone after you have paid the car off. I am not looking for a car anywhere else next time, thank you Charles and your team!

Following a bereavement, we ended up needing to sell a car. Combined with a pandemic this was a potentially unnecessary stress on top of everything else. I contacted Charvil, amongst others, and they came back with a very generous offer. They even came to us to inspect - and later collect - it, saving us time while dealing with other matters. So as well as selling cars, which they did to my brother a few years ago and which he has had no issues with, they do also buy cars if you have one to sell.

They also take into account likely age-related things when giving an initial estimate, rather than give you a big price to hook you in then knock loads off for every little thing upon inspection. The staff are also not your stereotypical pushy used car salesmen. So from both a buyer and seller perspective, I can recommend Charvil for either service.
