Just bought MG HS from Bulldog Twyford. Outstanding service from Caroline O'Sullivan. Kept me informed of delays (Semiconductor shortage worldwide!) Very polite and professional when I met her and went through the car details thoroughly. The car is a dream to drive and amazing value for money. You get a lot of car! Caroline has been a star in sorting out the purchase of my MG. Excellent support, couldn't ask for more. Even got some minced pies!

Very friendly and helpful. No hard sales pitch, not overbearing. Every thing explained clearly. Pleased with the test drive. Coffee but no jaffa cakes.

From first call out of hours that Gary took, despite being his day off, it's been a perfect experience. Graham then took over, and was exceptionally professional. The car was exactly what I was seeking. They fitted a tow-bar, new m.o.t. etc. Nothing was too much trouble. I can thoroughly recommend them.

We bought a used Hyundai Ioniq for my father from this dealer. Caroline dealt with us from the beginning, she was super friendly and efficient. Sorted out a booking to view, 99 deposit to secure the car and then on the day of viewing was super helpful gave us time to inspect answered all questions along with another colleague, we test drove the car, we then negotiated price and Caroline kindly phoned the manager and manage to get a small discount for us, she then sorted out all the paperwork, drive away insurance, road tax and just made everything easy.

Also sorted out the parcel shelf and posted to us which the previous owner forgot to give. The car was excellent and as described and a very reasonable price. There was no pushy sales people on sight and we were left on our own to inspect and discuss. I wish all dealers were this friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this dealer. They have MG's and really cool and awesome Subaru's on sale. I wish they sold used Honda's, as I am big honda fan and looking to change my current car too.

This just gets worse. As nice as these people are when talking to you and reassuring about everything. At both times they've not owned up to what they were saying initially. First when buying the car the lady literally said yes to every question we were asking first time spending 25k on a brand new vehicle. Day later stressed about things asked called for reassurance she let it slip that she doesn't know anything about these cars and this is the first she has sold of the EV MODEL. AFTER this hurdle now 7000miles later a small error on the screen switching off certain features like cruise control etc asked booked an appointment reassuring no charges everhthing under warranty and like I said random no damage to the car whatsoever.

Get there in the morning and then 6 hours later they want to tell me its a 900 charge because the bracket is bent of some sort aka we don't know what we're on as my dad is a mechanic and yes this is an electric vehicle but the person said something about the CV JOINT doesn't have anything to do with the front but in fact the tyre and my dad even said how tough a CV Joint is.

Regardless this does not add up because literslly there is not even a hairline scratch at the whole front of my car. For them to try and charge me 900 oh yes and then apparently a diagnostic fee of 58 which I will never pay as I specifically asked about this prior and it was stated nothing of the sort. They wanted to change the bumper and everything and I cant see even a scratch on a bolt. Awful dealings honestly i feel bad that I recommended the car 2 two people who bought one. Utter disappointment.

I bought a used car from Twyford last month for a very good price, very competitive in comparison to other dealers. Caroline was professional, she answered all my questions and delivered the car on time in very good condition. Prior to delivery, they serviced the car. Unfortunately, I realised they forgot to supply the service papers. When I informed them of this, Caroline promptly sent it via post and it arrived after 2 days. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and it was a very smooth process.
