Between my brother and hubby they purchased their "Mid life crisis" American vehicles from Sovereign. Have to say from start to finish outstanding. From viewing the vehicles to driving them away. Perfect! Would highly recommend anyone looking for that right vehicle try these first. Just make sure media systems work before you purchase.

By far, the worse experience i have had. purchasing a new car should be an exciting time, but we had nothing but stress. After just 3 days, the first of many faults. and in less than 3 months the car was recovered twice and back in different garages 5 times. Even after this, the main problem - an major oil leak, was still present. I felt completely let down when i took the car back for a refund to find that their 'being fair' meant we walked away 1240 out of pocket.

I spent 3 months chasing them for information, and invoices to put with the car history and never once received anything. So, all in all. very bad customer service. I would not be recommending Sovereign Cars to anyone

Have some very interesting cars here. If you like unusual and collectible cars you should definitely visit. The building itself would benefit from a good clean up. Recommend from a car point of view.

What an absolute time waster/heart breaker! After several phone calls and copious photos of my car showing every conceivable angle a deal was struck to purchase a vehicle from this guy in exchange for my vehicle plus an additional 5,500. After driving for several hours we arrived to be flippantly told, that actually, on second thoughts, they wanted my vehicle plus 10,000 which was totally out of my reach. Personally, I think pure greed had a huge part to play - would suggest that this guy does not keep to his word, don't waste your time or fuel money unless you have cash to burn. UPDATE - said tatty car just been taken in part exchange down the road from you on a like for like that I wanted - they took my so called tat plus 4,250 - I'm a very happy man - and you're still greedy!

Ben and then team at Sovereign car sales have been fantastic. The car was beyond fantastic for the price paid, very quick, efficient and helpful. I would definitely go to them! It was amazing seeing all the classic/sports cars they have in the show room.

Purchased my BMW f30 on new years eve, the car was immaculately presented and Ben carried out a professional exchange given the current circumstances. I had a small issue with the car on the first couple weeks of ownership, and i can honestly say the customer service in regards to resolving the issue has been exceptional. Ben has been fantastic to deal with and always helpful, the fault was rectified by an independent dealer under warranty no problems at all. Highly recommend sovereign cars, i will be buying my next car from here.

Lovely staff. Great cars. The showroom looks like a sport car museum but they are all working. Immaculate. X excellent service and a friendly team. As a driver who has bought a lot of cars over the last 40 years I would not look anywhere else when looking for my next car.

Absolutely first class, no need to haggle on price when the cars they sell are presented to the highest standards. Whilst I purchased a Mercedes Cabriolet, there was not a mark on it and it looked brand new. Ben made the whole customer experience faultless from beginning to end. Aftercare service from both Ben and Julie was impeccable. Without a doubt, my next car will be purchased from Sovereign Cars and they will also be carrying out annual services as they are honest and trustworthy. Far better than any main dealer I have dealt with previously.

Excellent service, Sales staff are very relaxed give you plenty of time to look around and are knowledgeable. The best range / condition of cars I have seen from a dealer
