We purchased a Landrover Discovery Sport HSE Lux from White Horse Motors in February 2022 and are delighted with the vehicle. Even though it is 6 or 7 years old, low mileage, the previous owner certainly knows how to look after a vehicle as driving it off the premises it felt and smelt like we'd purchased a brand new vehicle. We had a few extras added ie tow bar and side steps which were ordered and fitted in no time.

Their admin system is faultless, quick and easy and were handed over the vehicle in under 30 minutes. Will definitely recommend and purchase from White Horse Motors in the future. Thank you James for all you help and assistance. A first class service.

Great service from start to finish, there was no pressure from the sales team and you can tell that they really go the extra mile to make the cars up to a high standard unlike other garages I've been to where the cars are dirty. I had a minor problem with the car after i picked it up but it was quickly sorted out by the aftersales team who were a great help. They really go the extra mile with customer service and it makes such a difference. Thank you.

Amazing service! Absolutely love the car they made it right for me, white horse made some changed to the car for me, by redoing the alloys (black) and blacking out the windows for me! Exactly what I wanted and I Love it! And they have done an amazing job. Service is amazing, everything is explained, super friendly and you can ask them anything. Would completely recommend, I wouldn't go to anyone else with anything car related now!

Bought a car three months ago I was very happy until it would not start three months later, I had 6 months warranty so thought it would be ok. However it turned out to be a missing fuse costing 2.61 my bill was 339.60 as I was accused of removing the fuse myself having never even opened the bonnet in the three months I have had the car as I know nothing about engines, this is why I bought the warranty.

The money is one thing but it's the sense of total betrayal I feel from what I genuinely thought was a professional outfit plus more or less being accused of removing a part from the car. Totally outrageous BUYER BEWARE

I have just had the pleasure of dealing with Garon at White Horse Motors in the purchase of a car. I had a couple in mind. Garon helped me through the process with no high pressure salesmanship- just good helpful advice. All their vehicles are particularly well prepared and presented, with a proper warranty. It is very rare to find such excellent friendly service and first-rate vehicles and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I could not have wished for a better experience or a better car. I visited a few main dealers prior to White Horse and felt very pressured to buy a car to the point where I felt quite uneasy. I found a Citroen online with White Horse and had a pleasant chat with Garon who invited me in for an appointment. There was absolutely no pushy sales talk or any pressure from Garon which was very refreshing. All I had was trustworthy friendly advise and then eventually a new car which I am delighted with.

I have just purchased a 2007 passatt from this garage. First I would like to say that this car is such a credit to the original owner who clearly cherished it. If he reads this then I will do my best to ensure the car is looked after to his standard. Second may I thank Garon. Even though this was a second hand car he treated me the same as though I was buying a brand new car. They serviced it and changed the cam belt. Garon could not do enough for us, the car was as described and beyond our expectations. We had a small glitch a few weeks after collection, but its perfectly understandable as this was a used car, and these things happen. We believe that the true customer service is down to the aftercare you receive. (we run a small chain of hotels so we are very critical about aftercare and service ourselves) Charlotte was fantastic with booking us in for the warranty repair quickly and efficiently with no issues whatsoever.
