Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Same problem. Ordered and promised for next day delivery and week later still not arrived. I have tried to telephone on many occasions but left on hold. They also have taken the money and do not send an email to confirm so left without the parts I ordered and no guarantee it will turn up!
