I've just recently bought a car from here, a little older than they normally sell. I found all the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Had a couple of minor issues with the car but they were sorted quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this garage.

Amazing service! Took my car in for an MOT, which it failed, but then the explanation and quoting of the work required was brilliantly clear and well explained. My poor ailing car was fully sorted in super quick time, and to top it off was fully washed and valeted! Best. Garage. Ever.

Phoned up to ask about the availability of a car and to discuss the part ex of my current car. To say I was speechless is an understatement. I was told the mileage on my car was wrong because the HPI check said so, when asked to explain he exhaled very loudly, when pressed to explain his comment he could not and quite frankly became agitated and terse.

I told him I had full BMW service history with receipts so told him his HPI check was wrong. I asked him how did a HPI check know how far I had driven my car since the last mot, once again he could not give a reply. The rude little man then said why are you selling your car you haven't had it long, when I replied it was none of his business he got really shirty, and this point I had had enough, I told him I was going to end the conversation before I said something extremely rude to him and very sarcastically told him it was a pleasure speaking to him and hung up.

Bought a car from here on Saturday and dealt with Richard, very nice gentleman who showed me the car and once he had done that he left myself and my son to go over the car at our leisure which was perfect and the car itself I would give 99.9% out of 100. The sale went without a hitch and I have no hesitation in recommending Wilsden Autos. Thank you Richard

Bad experience, salesman rude and lacked any knowledge of cars. Wasn't helpful and showed a cant be bothered attitude. We asked for a possibility of a test drive and was told not possible. Upon reading the previous reviews I can totally relate to how they were made to feel. Zero customer service.

As I am able to put zero stars I have to put one but the customer service is absolutely appalling! We went with full intention of buying a car we were un able to even start the engine as the battery was dead bonnet catch would not release when asked if they get could a mechanic to sort it he just walked off all he could say was you get 3 months warranty and 12 months mot all we wanted was to hear it running and test drive. Did not expect the response That I got!being told to f**k off and told that you want champagne and all the bells and whistles!

No just expected to test drive before we bought!my son went back in to explain that we did want the car but all he got was the salesman and 4 mechanics round him trying to provoke him asking him to go outside saying you have come for a fight! We only wanted to buy a car! Safe to say we will not be returning and would recommend anyone else to go anywhere near this garage!

Brilliant customer service, providing helpful assistance and once I had made my decision on the car Steve turned everything around in double quick time ensuring I had the car within 3 days of making my offer. I have worked in the motor trade most of my life and have bought vehicles from various garages over the years. The service I received from WILSDEN AUTOS has been first class from purchasing the vehicle to the after sales and servicing. The staff in all departments have been easy to deal with, polite and friendly, and have always delivered what they promised.

We don, t like buying from garages but our experience at Wlsden Auto, s has changed all that. Steve who sold us our car was the perfect salesman not pushy just wanted us to be happy with our purchase, even when negotiations stalled we were allowed to walk away without feeling intimidated, in the end we went back and bought the car in question and we are very happy.

Had the car we wanted. We visited on a Sunday to have a look at the car in the flesh. Seemed very nice. Went home to decide whether we wanted to spend the large outlay on the car. Checked website following Sunday to check still for sale, it was. Went on again 45 minute trip on sunday. Don't do test drives at weekends we were told by the guy who was there.

Ok we thought, on reflection we should have called first. Phoned on Tuesday to arrange a test drive of the car for the next day. I asked do we need an appointment was told no just call in. We went on today first thing this morning to be told they aren't able to do a test drive today. Told him I called last night and was told it would be ok. Who did I speak to he asked.

I didn't get the guys name, we have driven over from nelson and this is the second time we have tried for a test drive I told him. He might be able to sort something out later in the day he said to me. Told him I had taken a day off work to come over, we had phoned for a test drive. Well he was afraid there wasn't anything he could do because he was on his own.

How many attempts are you expected to make for a garage to be able to sell you a car. Our 3rd and final visit to this garage. Their loss on a sale of a car. For a garage not to do test drives at the weekend is unbelievable, even more astonishing is when you try to arrange a test drive they let you down. Their loss will be another garages gain.
