Really easy to buy a Car from Leeds while sat at home in South Wales. Steve and Aaqib were awesome throughout the whole process, getting all the documents ready before I made the 4-hour journey up there. When I arrived, the Car was waiting. I won't spoiler the surprise but wow, the presentation was nothing I could imagine but made the whole car buying journey amazing and something I won't forget! A+ from start to finish! Outstanding service from Vaughn at the Leeds branch. Nothing was too much trouble for him, a good long test drive of the car each for my husband and me with absolutely no pressure from Vaughn to buy. Vaughn provided patient and thorough explanations of the car's features and highlighted (very) minor defects on the car. He also gave very clear information about buying options, again with no pressure to take out finance. Vaughn looked after us so well, you'd have thought we were buying the new 45k car on the forecourt instead of the 9k used Fabia we've bought. Vaughn made what could have been a stressful and torturous experience a pleasant and easy one. All that and excellent coffee too! Thank you.

Very impressed. From first contact by phone with Sefan I felt confident to travel the 120 miles to the Leeds branch that had the car we wanted. When we arrived Sefan was busy, so Vaughan stepped in for the test drive, giving us all the facts we needed with no sales pressure. Final handover a couple of days later, with Nick, was easy and pleasurable. All the staff are very friendly and smartly dressed, the building is clean and welcoming - this is the way car buying should be! I do not hesitate to highly recommend.

Excellent customer service received recently when I purchased a Skoda Octavia from the Leeds branch. They went above and beyond even bringing the car to me to view and delivering to me upon purchase. I was looked after extremely well by Tomas Krista and his team who were nothing but polite, friendly and professional. DM Keith Leeds are a good car dealer overall. Had to give them a 4 star though as there was a delay on receiving the car and the money back. However they bent over backwards to try and compensate the situation and the Nick Hunter in Sales was a super friendly guy, couldn't do enough for you. A total asset to their team. I felt overall the transaction went well, we did a part exchange for a less expensive car and the car we bought was reasonable and the price we received for our car was also competitive. Having bought our 2 previous koda's from their Huddersfield dealership, as it was nearer to us. We saw the car advertised at Leeds so went over and bought it. We received the same high service we had from their Huddersfield branch. We are very happy with the service and quality of cars we have come to expect from D M Keith's and would recommend them to anyone. Would and will probably buy from them again at some point.

Just bought a Seat Ibiza FR from DM Keith in Leeds. Absolutely love my new car! Tomas Krista went above and beyond to find me my perfect car. Originally wanted a Skoda but couldn't quite find the one I wanted, so test drive a Seat and was perfect. They brought it over from York, kept me informed all the way through. Tomas listened to everything I needed and explained added features in the car, set me up with my phone etc. The whole team were friendly, professional and I felt they were really trying to get me the deal and car I wanted. Luckily for me a very professional, friendly and enthusiastic sales person, Nick Hunter, saw not problems but solutions and a deal was struck.
