Bought an RS3 from them. Supposedly serviced. Never recieved the paperwork as promised. Nor my licence card they misplaced. And all that took place before i found out the car was running mismatched tyre sizes on the front end. Service was friendly at the time. But when asking afterwards for supporting paperwork and card, i was quickly ignored. So use at your own risk.

This is a friendly family company, with good quality cars and caravans. All vehicles are very well maintained and looked after (you can see it as soon as you are there). They make the process very easy, without putting any pressure to buy anything. Having bad experience with previous garages before, I am glad that I recently bought my car from here, and I will definitely consider them again for any future purchasing.
They go an extra mile when preparing your car with full service and inspections, changing any part if they consider this need to be replaced before you drive (e.g. They have changed my timing belt and the water pump). This is a premium service, as other garage just mention this when selling the cars, but they don't change even the oil when delivery the car. Recommended

Can't praise these guys enough. We were looking for a used Golf with a particular spec for my daughter and Audi VW Centre had exactly what we were looking for at a very competitive price. I did my homework in terms of checking out the service history (even phoned previous dealerships who had serviced the vehicle to get the low down) and was satisfied that it was a sound buy.
From initial enquiry to collection, I couldn't fault the service. Even after the vehicle developed an unforeseen issue when it was just out of warranty, Danny agreed to meet the full cost and agreed to us getting it sorted at our local independent specialist. Not many would offer such service. Although we live almost 90 miles away, I would definitely be happy to make the journey again for my next vehicle.

Car had its first MOT done with Audi VW yesterday. Once again excellent service. Have purchased 3 cars from them in the past and every time you are treated with respect. Love the team and hopefully we will buy again. Would absolutely recommend these guys! After finding them via Autotrader as they had the car I wanted, I had a very in depth covid safe video tour of the car & all questions I had re buying during covid werent answered - so a week later was driving away in my new vehicle! On arrival to the garage, their Covid policy was excellent and at no point did I feel the car wasn't as shown, if anything it was even better! Having since recommended to a colleague, they have also purchased a car within a week of meeting these guys.

So we travelled to come and buy a car because we liked it so much (as a lot of people do). The test drive was good and we were looked after well the day we put the deposit down. We then came to pick the car up and we had forgotten to bring the V5, but they kindly let us take the car and I posted the V5. The guy there at the time of pick up didn't really offer a handover, just kind of said "do you want me to show you anything?".
Usually you'd expect at least half an hour to sit and go through the whole car. It felt like too much to ask for so we kindly declined as it would just be easier to read the manual. We then started getting ignored. I notified the guys that I'd posted the V5, and would be grateful if they could let me know if they received it as it's quite an important document. Nothing. still waiting for an email back.
We then mentioned three times (at the test drive, the day of pick up, and a later call a few days after pickup) that there were a few large stone chips on the car. "We'll get you a touch-up pen ordered and it'll be here when you pick the car up". Then it was "ah sorry about that, they forgot. We'll send you one in the post". Now nothing. I am a bit disappointed, I'll be honest.
I was hoping that they'd actually honour their statement and would get one ordered. That's why I've only put three stars. Sorry guys but we don't like being ignored. *update - August 2019* A touch-up pen appeared at the door, so I suppose that they sent it after the review. Thank you. It was my partner buying the car, not myself, so that might be why you can't find me in your records.
