Great service. No pushy salesman, Samuel and Tim are fantastic - they took the time to explain things, and even my husband "said what a great service!" as we were leaving, "you should leave a good review." Honestly the best sales people I have met, I was at ease all the time and not worried about asking too many questions. Can't wait for the Qashqai to be ready!

Fantasic customer service, really got me out of a pickle. Vehicle developed a fault while I was 200 miles from home, they got it fixed and on my way home on the same day.

We have a quasqai and whenever we have problems or enqueries with it we get in touch with the Platinum Nissan team, they always greet us in a pleasant way, helping us and answering all our questions. The team always did a great job, particulary Bachar Ghaleb because there is always his name on our invoice being the technician who gives the best and tries to fix it as good as possible. Nissan Nige found the problem with my car. It had been in twice before and the sound had not been picked up. He had test drive with me and could hear the noise my car was making straight away. He remembered this happening in a couple of other cars previously and fixed it within 30 mins. Very impressed with his professionalism as could have been a long job looking for problem without his knowledge. Lovely team all very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I had an electrical issue in my 4 and a half year old navara, so called these guys and they readily agreed to fix the issue under warranty. Courteous and professional! I was impressed.

Great friendly service from both sales and service staff. Felt extremely safe within the dealership with all the covid safety precautions they have made. I was even able to view a video of the sanitisation process my car went through before and after they worked on it. Very good Platinum.

Picked up my new car yesterday and I am thrilled! The whole experience was positive from the very beginning. We were warmly welcomed, listened to and shown realistic cars that matched my budget and requirements. We worked with James Pinnell and he gets two big thumbs up He kept us informed and worked with us so well. Yesterday he showed me everything important and got me all set up ready for a safe drive home and a really great start with my gorgeous Juke. Thank you so much to the whole team but especially James!
