Fantastic service I recieved purchasing a new car. it went so smooth from making a call on Monday to picking up my new family car on Saturday. Cannot thank Liam enough for the way he looked after me and my family. Didn't quite catch the other member of staffs name but thank you for spending time with my toddler whilst we were exchanging vehicles he seemed to like him very much. To summarise I will definitely recommend Tempest 4 cars to my family and friends and hope to do businesses with you again soon.

Purchased 3 cars now from Tempest, on every occasion its been a pleasure. I did have one small problem on one of the cars which was dealt with very quickly. Excellent service i could not recommend this company more highly.

What a brilliant experience at Tempest4Cars. Reserved the Audi A6 Avant that I had been looking out for, for the past 4 months and finally found one for sale at Tempest. I had been fussy as I was looking for a very specific specification and colour. Liam is the Sales Executive that I dealt with and he was great from the outset. The car was sold with a service and MOT and even 6 months road tax. It was in immaculate condition. Thank you Liam and the team at Tempest4Cars for such a great experience. I recently px my car with tempest. I dealt with Liam who I have to say was outstanding and would recommend. Liam made the whole transaction smooth with zero problems and good communication. Fantastic service by Eddie. Very happy with the process. Not too pushy and very informative with any questions I had regarding my purchases. This is my second car I have bought from him over the years. Always been a pleasure and would definitely consider returning in the future for the next right car. The team are generally very friendly and happy to help. The place is very tidy and well kept, even in bad weather. They provide fairly competitive prices on cars and additional options which aren't forced upon you.

Tempest cars has a non glossy showroom but with a friendly no nonese demeanor, the selection of vehicles are pristine and has a patter of a helpful but focused salespersons - the forecourt is modern and there is no Arthur Daley lookalike looking to pull a fast one. visiting this place with the Mothership seems a perfectly legitimate way to purchase her next vehicle.

There was no haggling to avoid paying over the odds. As the fiat abarth we came to buy was responsible priced, and there was none of the typical pressure to buy on finance when we explained we were cash buyers. Eddie Customer service was very good, which is where small independents like tempest, usually excel - I would most probably advise the Mothership to have the car serviced there, and when we are next in the market for another vehicle would certainly give there website a peek.

Wrong car, right dealership. Having secured a Mini SD through Tempest with a deposit, we visited and drove the car. Unfortunately the car was not right for us. We dealt with Dave whilst there and he gave us no pressure at all to continue with the sale and promised the initial sales person, Liam, would contact us on Monday. Liam contacted us on Monday, with no pressure and promised our deposit back within 4-5 working days.

It arrived in less than 3! So, despite not getting the vehicle we wanted, Tempest were an easy and pleasant dealership to go to. I'm really suspicious of second hand car sellers, but would recommend Tempest, and they have some good quality cars in stock. Very refreshing and decent approach to their customers in an industry seemingly full of sharks. Well done Tempest.

Purchased a Audi TT from Tempest in December, solid low mileage car and the service from Liam and the sales team was great, recommend a stereo specialist who was also good. I had two problems with the car and booked it in with Lauren at the service centre, got courtesy car and all sorted under warranty with no fuss. Recommend

Purchased a car from Tempest a few months ago and their service was fantastic from start to finish. They weren't pushy, and the car was provided with an MOT, service and full valet so it felt like new when I left. Ashley was brilliant and dealt with any issues I had with the car afterwards promptly and with no fuss. Definitely recommend.

I had always bought my cars - mainly Jaguars- new until I discovered Tempest a couple of years ago when I called in by chance at their Shoreham branch. I have since bought 3 up-market cars from them - an Aston Martin, and 2 Range rovers - and have not had the slightest trouble with any of them. Tempest had the 6 year-old Aston serviced by an Aston Martin franchised dealer and obtained a health report as part of their preparation, and both range rovers were also carefully prepped, which I'm sure is part of Tempest's secret.

Subsequent servicing and body repairs on these and my other family cars carried out by their workshops has been prompt, well executed and surprisingly economic. They are also extremely pleasant people to deal with, and make buying a used car a very pleasurable experience. So, well done chaps - I will never now buy a used car or get my servicing done anywhere else
