Enquired about a car on Sunday, using their online chat sales assistance, answered all questions including intention to purchase options, part ex registration. Never heard back, no worries, I'll spend my money elsewhere, thought I should share.

Just purchased my second car from NMJ, I won't go anywhere else. I had to change my car due to now needing an automatic. Both Joe and Alan were very helpful, answered my many questions, there was no hard sell, I was left to look around the car on my own. The car I purchased is in fantastic condition, I'm so happy with the car. I was also very happy with the trade in price for my old car. Many thanks again Joe and Alan.

Had a very smooth process of purchasing our new car. Michael made us feel very welcome, he was honest and answered all the questions we had, ensuring everything was done as fast as possible. The service I received here was terrible. Purchased a car with a price tag of almost 50,000 and realised just after driving off from their dealership that the front camera on the car had a small crack and was therefore very blurry. I called thinking that they might actually offer to repair it or even contribute partially to the repair cost, however the gentleman on the phone Nicholas (who is one of the directors of the company and who avoided me for a few days at first thinking I'd go away) had the audacity to say that it could have been anything that caused it even the wind and laughed at me.

They took no responsibility and didn't even bother to apologise. I should have seen it coming to be honest the service wasn't very great to start with but the car was a good spec. If a faulty car and terrible service is what you're looking for then these are the guys for the job. ****UPDATE**** I'm not sure what your response has to do with my review.

As I said above the car was DAMAGED when I PERSONALLY came to pick it up of you guys at NMJ Motors. You then refused to take responsibility for the broken camera and started trying to shift blame to anyone but yourselves. I did not pick this car up from TMT I purchased and picked it up from NMJ Motors.

I have just had a great experience buying a used Volvo XC90 from NMJ Motorhouse. I dealt with Alan and Michael and both were pleasant and professional. There was no big sell and I was left alone to look over the vehicle and test drive it after being shown the service book and accompanying paperwork. The car is lovely and I look forward to many years of happy motoring. Happy customer :-

Bought my first car last weekend with the help of Joe! He offered very helpful advice and answered any questions I had - the process was quick and easy and I took the car the same day which was fab. Bought a second-hand Lexus RX 450h on 1st June. Great car delighted with it, even more delighted with the customer service I received both prior to the purchase and as aftersales. Just one small example is that this last weekend the auxiliary battery failed and I had to call the AA to replace it. One phone call to Alan secured a 50% refund even though technically the car is no longer under warranty and the warranty does not cover the battery. This is exactly the kind of service which will mean that I will return to NMJ for any future cars I wish to buy. Great stuff!

Dealt with Michael to buy a BMW 2 series convertible. Very efficient service and pleasant experience. Car was presented perfectly and minor defects were rectified promptly before sale. very profession and would not hesitate to recommend them.

This is the friendliest car dealer garage there is. We were left to browse without any pressure and then we were looked after brilliantly by Joe who answered all our questions. He was very helpful and courteous. The cars are all of a high quality and in excellent condition. We bought a BMW 330 Diesel GT which we are thrilled with. Joe was a great help from start to finish - very professional and friendly. I didn't at any point feel like I was pressured or dealing with a car salesman. I ended up having to spend almost a whole day at the dealership having to wait for finance approvals from the bank, and the team were very accommodating. I'm very pleased with the service and the car is in great condition.

The team were very helpful sorting out a Ford warranty problem with Hartwell Dunstable who had been unable to locate the "Headlight Malfunction" and charged me 100 + VAT to NOT find the recurring fault. NMJ arranged another appointment with Hartwell all I had to do was take the Focus back to NMJ and collect it later that day mended under warranty. Hartwell have agreed to refund the 120 too! Thank you NMJ team especially Robert McGregor who took the lead role. 10/10, I thoroughly recommend NMJ!

Very helpful. Really good selection of cars that are in good condition with relatively low mileages. Didn't feel rushed and my wife had a no hassle test drive. Will check them out again if I ever change my car.
