We have 2 Kia's, one of which we bought from Grovebury Cars Dunstable. They have both always been serviced there. The staff are always friendly, helpful & professional. I can highly recommend. Our last experience was exceptional and Fiona definitely went above & beyond when we required 3 new tyres helping us to make the right choice and keeping us updated as they had to be ordered in. They did have to keep the car but were really helpful by getting the car returned to us. Great service

Very welcoming and non-intimidating atmosphere as soon as I walked in looking to buy a car. Herman D'Souza was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with me & my husband. He gave us lots of time to consider our purchase and was not pushy at all. Kept me updated by telephone and went through all the gadgets on my new car before I drove off in it.
I had a problem once home and Herman was quick to telephone me back & help. Excellent customer service. When I need to buy a new car in the future I will be asking for Herman's advice again.

I have been dealing with Grovebury cars, Dunstable for about 8 years now. Every time I have bought a car from them they have been really helpful and friendly. I've always dealt with Martin who is great and listens to what you want and will do his best to get you what you want. This time I also dealt with Peter. He was also very helpful and professional. Kept me informed of every step that was happening. I don't think I could honestly go anywhere else now.

I took my car in for its first service. Because a courtesy car wasn't available I was offered an immediate check and access to the courtesy lounge complete with free coffee and WiFi while this was carried out. In 90 minutes I had the car back with a free valet on top. Very impressed by the efficiency of the site, and also the courtesy shown to me during my visit. A very pleasant experience.

I'd like to thank the staff member Fiona C. for being professional, friendly and well-mannered, both over the phone and in person. I went to Grovebury Cars on 5/02/2022 to service my car. Throughout the servicing process, I was informed about the time it would take, the costs and the additional work that needed to be done. Customers were provided with refreshments and snacks in a clean and comfortable waiting area. I'm very satisfied with the service provided and I'd recommend Grovebury Cars to friends and family.

My car was booked in for its MOT and yearly service. On arriving at Grovebury Cars Houghton Regis, Dunstable I was ushered to the customer service desk where I was treated promptly and with courtesy. I left my car with them and received a phone call to inform me there were a few things needed doing. This was agreed by myself and the work was to be carried out a few days later. I took the car back and was met with the same politeness. It was a hassle free experience, and I took home a lovely washed car, with the work carried out professionally.

I bought a car at Grovebury almost 2 years ago. The sales staff were very helpful and delivery of the vehicle was prompt. I love the car-no problems at all! It has only required 1 service so far and that all went very smoothly and was reasonably priced. I would definitely go there again if I was in the market for another car. Have had two used cars supplied by Grovebury Cars and their service has been very very good over the years this included the annual car service and the MOT. Good customer service, well run business and any problems, niggles which they are from time to time have been handled well. Not so well publicised is that Grovebury Cars just missed out on being Kia's number one dealer in the UK (they were runners up).
