I had a bad experience with the owner,as a customer iv been treated appallingly, he sold me a vehicle not fit for perpus it broke down after twenty minutes, it whent back to him three times for the same problem, still not fixed, no after customer care other problems with vehicle still not resolved does not want to know could go on but not worth it don't trust this garage

Don't make the mistake I did by trusting this outfit. The bloke said it was an easy fix, and assured me he knew what he was doing, so I thought my vehicle was good to go - But it wasn't, and they didn't fix it. Still got a hefty bill though for looking at it, so that's money down the drain! Now I have to find a mechanic who is more honest and knows what he's doing! I should have listened to my mate who warned me about these cowboys!

Have I been conned? You decide. Had a problem with my car. After extensive research on google, the problem appeared to be a faulty electrical component, quite a common fault with my make of car apparently. Took my car to Quay Garage in Braunton and explained that I had a faulty electrical component and asked if they had the knowledge and the equipment to replace said component.
The owner said he did it all the time, and went on to say, that in fact, many main dealers, particularly Mercedes, come to him to fix Mercedes cars that they couldn't fix themselves. his words, not mine and quite a boast I thought, but wow, if they are that clever, I felt sure they could replace my faulty component. So booked my car in, as this guy convinced me he was the go-to guy! So, the day came, my car went in and wow, guess what?
They diagnosed that there was indeed a fault with the electrical component! And not only that, I had a bill for telling me that the electrical component that I had told them was faulty, was indeed faulty So what do we do now was my obvious question? At this point, everything changed and he didn't want to discuss what to do next. He was evasive and unhelpful and said he'd have to think about it and give me a ring.
He never did give me a ring. That's right, he took my money, but never did give me a ring So I am out of pocket for being charged to diagnose a fault that I told them about in the first place! And absolutely No solution, in fact I never heard from him again. But, he had my money, it's just me that has been left out of pocket and with no solution. Luckily, I found a garage who genuinely Do know how to replace these electrical components.
Would I recommend Quay Garage in Braunton? ABSOLUTELY NOT He talks a good fight, but doesn't do what he says he can do - several people have told me the same thing. I wish I knew that Before wasting my hard earned money! Always hard to find an honest garage!

Cant fault these guys and girls at all my car packed up they managed to squeeze it in real quick. And give a diagnosis. They fixed the fault as soon as they could get the parts they provided me with excellent service and were very helpful through the whole process. I will certainly be using again Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was recommended to Quay Garage, and was so glad I part exchanged my Mercedes with them. Amazing customer service from start to finish, from a friendly, dedicated team of staff. The website is spot on and they really deliver what they promise! A flat battery, not usually under warranty, saw my car collected, repaired, fitted with new battery, returned very quickly and efficiently, at no cost! Five star customer service, can't thank them enough. Thoroughly recommended!
