Had to chase Ford sale man for our cars owners manual, service book and tyre inflation kit. All of which should have been in out new 1 year old fiesta but wasn't. The whole thing blited our experience

I had been searching for a new vehicle for the last couple of months which would be suitable for my disabled wife, when I came across the Cliff Dickenson & Son website which I have to say was extremely easy to navigate and factual on all aspects. I found a Used Mondeo and on contacting Dave Comboy via email he came back to me straight away with all the answers to my questions that I had.

He was happy for me to put down a deposit to hold the car and immediately removed it from the website. Dave was very positive and extremely knowlegable about this particular car he was always around when I needed to speak to him nothing was too much trouble for him. I had the car delivered as I cannot leave my wife, again he made an appointment time and like clockwork he arrived with car I was in ore as it looked good on the website but it was immaculate inside and out on delivery. I would just like to say that all aspects of this family business are fantastic and I will be definitely using them again

We went to test drive a car here tonight after going to have a look at it on Monday. We were told by the salesman that he would reserve the car as he was day off yesterday and we could go tonight instead. We finished work on Portland and drove all the way to Dorchester only to be told when we got there that another salesman from Poole had sold the car to someone else yesterday.

We said to the salesman at Dorchester why did you not give us a call to let us know and to save us a journey. To say that we were annoyed and put out with the service received was an understatement. Safe to say that we will not be buying a car from this dealership. Or recommending them to others.

Saw a Ford Focus Advertised on "auto trader" unhappy with my current car due to size (to big) but not 100% sure on fords either I can officially say after test driving the focus I had to have it. A few hiccups on picking the car up due to waiting parking sensors. Overall sales team amazing, ALL staff very friendly, very helpful a welcoming relaxed atmosphere would 100% recommend Ford Dorchester, would buy another car from here. Car faultless very very happy :-)

My prior experience of Ford dealers is unfortunately disappointing, however I have found Dorchester Ford to be very helpful and professional. As a business owner with a fleet of vans it is always difficult to take them off the road for any time, Dorchester Ford have always turned my vans around quickly, from initial diagnosis to repair. At the last annual service on my Fiesta the cause of an intermittent fault with one of the retracting side mirrors was traced and the electric motor replaced under warranty. At the previous year's service I had reported this fault to another Ford garage that failed to identify the cause of the problem and remedy it. Efficient and friendly staff.

Can not recommend this company enough. Brilliant service from start to finish. My wife and I dealt with Peter and could not have met a nicer man and the flowers left in the car for my wife was a nice touch. Will definitely deal with again.

Only use this place if u have just bought a car they make work even though it's not needed. Take my work van there. Everything they touch turns to ####. An I caught them out big time the other day with a cable on a door. I Simply needed to be pressed back in place to fix it. Though I asked them an they said they need to book it in, strip the whole door down and drill bolts out etc will be a big job .

Last year they replaced a door bracket that didn't need doing, it just needed oil. Baring in mind this van is only a few years old. an I've been back 3 times since to get it re adjust and it's still faulty and huge gap in door. Crazy place. I wouldn't use the place personally ever! thankfully I don't pay the bill an work inisits the place is used. Good luck to you all.
