South West Lotus Centre is a family run business on the Tinhay Industrial Estate in Lifton, Devon. Our garage is situated just off the A30 not far from the surrounding areas of Launceston, Tavistock and Okehampton. We have over 35 years Lotus experience and offer quality servicing, repairs and spare parts on all models in the Lotus range.
What Phil doesn't know about Lotus cars isn't worth knowing! He's lived and breathed Lotus his entire working life and is an expert source of knowledge offering advice not only to his own customers but to garages across the world (delivered in his unique style of course!). Usually spotted behind a pile of papers on her desk (depending how tall the pile is), Kathy dedicates her time (and patience) to the management of all things non-mechanical. With help from her assistant Emma, Kathy keeps the business running smoothly.
For sale we have a stunning Lotus Elan S2 finished in one of the best colours of Metallic Azura Blue with full Charcoal leather, grey carpets and black soft top. The car was first registered on 19-3-1995 at Bell & Colvill and has since had 6 form. For sale we have a stunning Lotus Elan 1.6 SE Turbo finished in one of the best colours of British Racing Green with charcoal half leather with tartan inserts. For sale we have a Toyota BB 1.5 Automatic which is finished in the stunning colour of metallic silver with black cloth interior.

As Lotus have used the parts from some of Europe's major car manufacturers, we can source the parts at very competitive prices. As well as servicing all models of Lotus cars, we also service other makes and models. You no longer have to take your vehicle to an authorised dealer in order to maintain your warranty, as long as manufacturers OE parts are used.

Car went in a few weeks ago for a clutch replacement under warranty and a service. Came back like new, they had even checked and corrected the geometry, which totally transformed the car, it used to be a handful at average speed, now it is well behaved. They also cleaned up one of the bells on the discs (which had a rust mark on). Amazing service for a busy garage, I haven't had time to thank them for the last two jobs as I didn't realise what they had done until I got home, so thanks guys for the amazing job, 10 out of 10

As a car lover and someone who enjoys working with cars, South West Lotus Centre LTD. gave me an opportunity to work with them during their open day to get a video. The array of Lotus' from older, new to the extremely unique is incredible! During the open day one of the colleagues Michael brought down James Hunt's F3 Lotus 59, which was a surreal experience!
The stock of car in which they sale is out of this world too, some really gorgeous motor! I am a big fan of the work that the team do, meeting and getting to know James, who has been so welcoming, really has been so kind to me as well! As much as I am not a customer, I have met and interacted with a great number of clients that use South West Lotus Centre, they sing all their praises.
All say nothing but incredible things about the team. The knowledge, huge amount of history I was told by the team shows how much the team love the Lotus brand! Having recently purchased a 2009 Elise and living only a few miles from Lands End I was left with the option of traveling to Bristol for a Lotus approved main dealer or using the nearest independent which was South West Lotus Centre. I was not disappointed. I needed a hard top resprayed to match the rest of the car. James, one of the owners, proved to be a perfectionist and spent much time ensuring that the colour match was as close as possible. The final finish is as good as when the car was painted by Lotus. I have no hesitation in using them again
