Had my car in for two days to turn off a light, slow communication unless continually chased. Ruined my bank holiday get away as basically impounded my car with them all weekend as they weren't organised enough to take it on a run to regenerate filter earlier in the day. Finally at 5pm Friday used the excuse they couldn't do it due to "bank holiday traffic locking the road".

This isn't the first May Day bank holiday and they should have known this was likely to happen. I would have expected them to at least suggest being able to get it done Saturday morning. Instead I had to cancel a weekend away as I simply had no means of getting there.

A wonderfully furnished dealership with very friendly staff who make you feel at home. Stocked with a wide selection of models and accessories in touch with the brand. The sales executive Ben Gulliver was extremely professional and friendly, and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to view a car at this site.

Booked in for a 62000 Mile service so a pretty big one. Even though they were busy the service from all the staff was fantastic. Very helpful, polite and professional. See you again at some point.

Well, it's modern to say the least! A vast portal into the world of Land Rovers. If you want it, they'll get it for you - at a price. I guess their new car prices are controlled by Jaguar-Land Rover which are eye watering. Their used car prices are also way up there. Not sure what you get for your money - apart from a Land Rover. Sales team are smart, have all the facts and figures at their fingertips and are eager to sell, sell, sell. Friendly? Yes, maybe a touch too friendly depending on your age group.

Smart, professional and helpful. This small showroom and workshop is located out the way but worth it if you have a JLR or want to buy one. The staff where all polite and informed and helped me with my thousand questions they even had suggestions based on my requirements. I enjoyed my visit and look forward to going back when we purchase our new car.
