I bought my 1 Series BMW with Chico’s back in April and it’s been so reliable and brilliant, I have had no problems. When I arrived to test drive the car, my partner noticed a chip in the windscreen, however Josh at Chico’s was a great help and got this sorted for me, all costs covered by them. I took the car home that day, and National Windscreens came to my house to replace the windscreen within a few days. I have had no faults with the car, and my finance payments were set up quickly with Josh, absolutely no issues at all. Great car sales garage, would highly recommend. Josh was so helpful (and I wasn’t the easiest of customers!) he was very patient with the 101 questions I had

Chico's of Plymouth are a very friendly motor trading. They allow you time to look around at your own pace with no sales pressure. Josh Lang was very professional and friendly from arranging a test drive to looking for finance for my new car. From the time I looked at my car to picking it up was just 8 days, and I was kept well informed throughout the process of my purchase. Would definitely buy a car from Chico's again and recommend them to friends and family.

Excellent service from Chico's and in particular, Josh. Buying a car from a dealer for the first time can be daunting but Chico's made it very relaxed and stress free. Josh was very polite and helpful and I would definitely recommend Chico's to a friend or family member. The car was given to me with a fresh MOT with zero advisories as well as the replacement of parts that would have needed servicing in the next few thousand miles. Great service and very pleased.

I helped buy a VW Golf for my sister from Phil at Chico's Garage. The car had a great history and service record and is mechanically sound. The interior is very good for the year. The car had more 'age related' marks than we had hoped for, but otherwise was as described. After a month of driving it, my sister is still very happy with the purchase :-

I recently bought a Renault Captur from Chicos and the service as usual was perfect. This is not the first car I have bought from here and one of the reasons I chose Chicos again was the ease of arranging finance. The staff are always polite and Josh was so friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to look at their stock which always are cleaned and MOTd before you collect your new cat

Excellent customer service both from Phil and Josh when we bought our Renault Megane through Chico's. No pressure, very friendly and professional. Had reason to contact them again which resulted in having to contact the workshop for some minor work. I have to say that it is rare to come across a company that is very good at both sales and after sales. I would highly recommend Chico's without hesitation

Incredible service! Thank you so much! Very smooth and easy process from the beginning. The car is beautiful and very well cleaned up with the incredible addition of the work you put in to do some maintenance that no other garage would have done, saving me a lot of money so thank you very much! I will very much be highly recommending and will of course come straight back to you when I want to upgrade in a few years.
