My family visited Turners of Plymouth to look for another car to replace our sons ageing mini. He needed a larger car due to the birth of our beautiful baby granddaughter. Furthermore he needed a good reliable car to travel from Plymouth to Exeter every day for work. The sales team were just wonderful. Made us feel very welcomed - nice cup of coffee too.

After a long ride out in their chosen car they returned to purchase. The purchase was swift and everything was explained to us, start to finish. After owning the car for about a week my son got a call asking if all was well. It was. He was so delighted he visited Turners of Roborough. He's owned the car for a while now and he's highly delighted. Would he/we purchase another car from this company - you bet.

Due to our experience a few years ago with purchasing our first car from Turners of Roborough, we knew exactly where to look for our second car. Yes, it had to be Turners of Roborough.

After test driving two of our picks to narrow down our choices, we decided on the gorgeous blue Hyundai. Couple days later we returned to take the Hyundai again just to be sure this was the car we wanted. After an hour or so into the test drive it was clear to me and my wife that the beautiful dark blue Hyundai was indeed to car for us. After our return to Turners we paid a deposit to secure the car.

We left the car for Turners to prepare the car for collection and to finalise the purchase. The transfer was painless yet again. we also received an amazing warranty too. Everything was made clear. The car was explained to us before finally driving off with another fantastic car/warranty from a pluperfect ( best of the best) car company, Turners of Plymouth.

Just purchased from them again. Fantastic friendly retailer. Staff really helpful with no pressure to buy. Great range of cars. This is how cars should be sold and why they have been here for decades. Well done, keep it up.

Utterly disappointed do not buy from this garage! I bought a Land Rover discovery sport 12 months ago from Turners of Roborough and I even paid for the extra warranty. Only 2 weeks out of warranty I am now left with a 2500 bill for a weathered timing chain that clearly was faulty when sold to me. Turners of Roborough have decided to not provide any decent after care not do they care about retaining good relationships with customers.

They have clearly got what they wanted (18,500 of my money) and now do not wish to know even though they sold me a faulty car! Do not spend your money with these people as they clearly have no conscience and will not reverse any of their wrong doing.

Staff are amazing, can never do enough to help you! Cars a such a great quality and anything that needs doing, they sort immediately. Great team here and we won't go anywhere else to get our car. The whole family have had cars from here now and we are all more than happy.

Very poor customer service. Although the car itself is fine mechanically (up until now), when the car was collected we specifically asked about the spare wheel due to where we live (remote) and the distances I travel and were told there wasn't one on a BMW 3 series as they had run flat tyres which all seemed fine until I discovered two weeks later that it does not have any run flat tyres fitted at all.

When questioned and after a few emails I was basically told that as it was not brought up when I originally viewed and agreed to buy the car there was nothing they were prepared to do. Now, legally I suppose that is correct but to be told one thing and find out it was incorrect and the fact they would not do a single thing is very poor in my opinion. One of the directors himself ended the last email with this "As far as I am concerned this matter is closed.".

I drove 589 miles to get my car from turners and wasn't disappointed. Very professional company. Everyone as helpful as you could wish for from the receptionist to the salesmen to the business manager who deals with your sales. If you see the car that's right for you from here as I did just buy.

Purchased a car a few months ago and so far very pleased and no problems. My main issues are that prices there are high, there is pressure to purchase extra GAP insurance (of little benefit for second hand vehicles) and if you are trading in, there is very little consideration or significant undervaluation of your old car. I was told that it would cost me 55 to trade my car in for scrap. Two weeks later, the GOV.UK website says it's MOT'd and taxed with a new owner.

One of the best around Bought my latest car from them customer service was spot on. very helpful made us feel at ease not Pushy at all and that's saying something from second hand car sales. Had a problem with my new car no fault of anyone's but they sorted it out right away. would like to say well done to turners team
