I'd suggest Rowes Honda Truro to a friend because of a great Used Car purchase experience. Customer Service was exemplary. Faye attended to a few minor issues raised, following a test drive - they were all attended to swiftly. Awaiting a new part from a supplier, the car was not ready for collection when required, so Faye arranged a courtesy car, ready for my arrival at the Dealership within the hour.

Service department were great - car handed over with all niggles fixed and the standard of valeting was amazing. The car I purchased was not my first choice, but I needed the service & assurances offered by a reputable dealer - my decision to purchase from Rowes was everything I had hoped for.

After an unfortunate hit to my pride and joy Ford Focus ST3 my business insurance suggested Rowes @ Trispen body shop to carry out repairs, to be honest I was a bit worried as I knew nothing about the work they do. Well when I got my ST back I was amazed at the quality of work these guys did, I dont trust anyone to work on my car other than myself that owns Tricky's Autos I will now trust Rowes to carry out anymore body work that may need doing in the future. I saw an approved used car with Rowe's online. I am based in London so I called up Rowe's and spoke with Dan Provost. Dan sent me a very detailed video of the car and went through all the details with me. Dan made sure the car was detailed and prepared for delivery of the car to my home address. I have ordered other things online but this is the first time I have ordered a car online and the transparency and support has been next to none with Rowes. The main man at Rowe's, Tim also checked in post delivery to make sure I was happy with everything! Only if Rowe's now opened a branch in London for my regular servicing!

Very helpful in buying a used car and I felt looked after as a customer. There were no hidden costs and the trade in was for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Weston Mill branch have bent over backwards to rectify an issue with our car. I cannot fault them in any way. They clearly understand the meaning of after sales care.

What an experience! I never normally leave reviews but felt this was a must. I have never experienced a car buying process that was made so simple and straight forward. Faye and Phil made the process extremely straightforward for. I have never bought a car by myself before and with my previous two cars I have had support from family because of garages that never returned calls or emails and lacked any form of customer service.

The service I received from Rowes in Truro was by far the best I have received in a long time. Friendly and approachable with no pushy sales talk. I went to test drive my car and Phil could not have made me feel more at ease. I was buying something bigger to accommodate my 2 dogs. Phil told me to take my time. I had the car for nearly an hour and fell in love with it. Faye was excellent with everything else and emailed me back when she would. I would 100% buy another car from Rowes. A fair deal, excellent dealership with amazing staff! Thank you for all your help!

Fantastic dealership and worth every bit of the 5 stars. We have been using this dealership now for nearly 20 years and have always been so well looked after. Great customer service and fantastic mechanics that really go the extra mile to keep our car finely tuned. Covid safety measures, i would also class as kept to a very high standard, its clear the staff will go out of there way to reassure and keep the public safe. Well done Rowes Honda!

Rowes, family service you can trust. my mother was a loyal customer, always bought her new cars from Rowes. So we went to them when my mother passed away to sell her car back to them. Their "best" offer was 3,200 which we reluctantly agreed to. On their website the day after purchase for 7,495. I would hardly call that a family service you can trust! I have begrudgingly given them one star because it won't accept this post unless I do.

First time Ive ever bought from a main dealership and I have to say the service has been nothing but outstanding! Got a call to inform me my MOT was due, whilst on the call they noticed my service was due too, so booked them all in with a courtesy car all sorted. 2 days before I was due to drop my car off I had to go to work up North so called Rowes up to inform them and they went above and beyond.they had no free dates but called around other Rowes garages and managed to squeeze me in today to get the job done and still provide me with a courtesy car. Called me up to notify me of what needed doing, proceeded, got the car completed and back on the road.

The staff at Rowes are really helpful and friendly. The service is great. My car is always ready for collection at the specified time and there's a complimentary drinks machine, comfortable seating area while waiting for your car. The service plan I was offered was good value and I always get a phone call or letter to remind me that my service is due.
