Have just collected 2 Ford transit custom q sports from Matthew. From my initial contact with Matt to collecting the vans 8 months later I can't thank him enough. Matt kept me informed throughout of any changes and updates. Was always at the end of the phone to any queries or questions I had. If you are looking at getting a quality van Matt is your man.

Extremely rude on the phone. called them today trying to buy a van from them straight cash no hassle. I am not sure maybe its different region and little of accent different in speach I could not really understand what he is trying to say to me. I was doing my best and patient through out and working things out along the way and I got the phone put down on me. He really think I am joking on buying a van or soemthing? Do I even expect any after service if I buy this van from them?

Brought my van august last year, one thing quoted and paid for was a 240v power converter in the cab of the van. After a week of having it I realised it wasn't there and when speaking to matthew he offered me an Amazon converter to plug in the cigarette lighter. No comparison or refund. Darren almost forgot that I asked for it to be ply lined The side skirts are terrible and can not stand on them to reach the roof rack they flimsy and may break visual purpose only Today we have been told that the wheels that were fitted are for cars and not commercial vehicles which is the reason we have picked up 3 flat tyres in the past 6 months.

The tyres can not be upgraded it would need to be a complete new wheel. Completely took the shine away from buying a new van/vehicle Make sure you know what you're buying from these guys as clearly corners will be taken if they can

Just received my brand new Transit Custom crew cab, arrived earlier than expected. I'm absolutely delighted with it. The service Matthew has provided has been superb from start to finish, excellent price for a top spec van. After trying to order a transit custom from a local Ford dealer that after 2 attempts of wrong van turning up I contacted Quadrant Van's in Wales who were so helpful and Mathew and Darren were great from start to finish. Pre owned vans by Quadrant Vehicles, Matthew the owner that states new vans is a liar..DVLA informs me of this steer clear of them ...go to ford dealer instead cheap side steps which you can't use no manuals for anything not even the log book.

No service book and mannel for the van. boot polish on the wheel to cover up the scrap marks. 2018 plate with a 68 plate put on it. Matthew the sales a guy what a joker beware guys. the van was sold saying it had 9 miles on the clock it turned up with 440 miles on the clock it's only 230 miles from their place to mine. they say free delivery in the ad then want to charge 200 pound for it. steer clear no after sales support go to ford dealer instead

Bought a Transit Custom Q Sport from Quadrant at the end of January. Excellent service from start to finish and very efficient. Van is great!

I found the owner of this business to be evasive and defensive when I called him to ask about one of his vehicles advertised on ebay. He did not want to be pressed too much on details. I also made an unannounced visit to the address on ebay, which is the same as the one on this local maps advert and there was no sign of such premises. I asked local businesses including a local Ford dealership if they had ever heard of this business and showed them the ebay advert on my phone. None had any knowledge of its existence. They may be based at a different address of course!
