Absolutely dreadful service. AA towed car their after breakdown nearby. Did an hours diagnostic without my consent and charged me 78 and refused to give the keys until it was paid. Avoid at all costs Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my Vehicle for a service/oil and filter change drove it 10 miles after and engine light came on took it back and took the light off I've to take it to another garage to be fixed they put the wrong oil in it and a bad fitting sump washer which was leaking they charged me 171.00 for this poor work -it cost me another 180.00 to get it fixed Would never use this garage again as long as I'm able to drive Stay Away and save your money

Really impressed with the customer service I have received after my car broke down on the motorway and had to be transported back to a garage out of hours. I chose Cross Street garage and they've really been great. They ordered parts, fixed it really quickly and will bring it back to me ready for Christmas. Thank you Cross Street!

My most favourite garage for all my cars. And what you need to understand is my cars are my pride and joy. I wouldn't let just anyone on them but with these guys, I can relax and trust them. Best service and good prices. Trust me.

The owner was very rude, I parked the car in front of the mechanics because there was no parking space nearby, I received an indication to take the car for an inspection there, the owner arrived in an embarrassing way asking me to take the car and that if I wanted to be answered, I was supposed to go to the office and not there

Keith and the gang at Cross Street Garages in Old Town always go beyond the call of duty to satisfy the needs of the customer. No matter how frustrated post puncture you may be, they are understanding, informative and solution focussed. Serving as a key worker, even in times of pandemic, the squad at Cross Street were able to have me up and running again within a few hours.

They even picked me up to save me the bus journey to collect the car. A thoughtful bunch and I am glad to see that garage's such as Cross Street think about what they can contribute to Swindon, enrolling as pillars of the community. Integrity and reliability guaranteed.

Big thanks to Keith and his employees. I rang him up late in the working day with an MOT problem and he understood the urgency of my situation and managed to squeeze in a booking for me the next day, despite being fully booked. I think they went above and beyond to get me back on the road asap, and they provided an excellent service for a good price. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

Absolutel cowboys. They did not fix what was asked if them and continued to add on extra work that needed doing. They ordered the wrong parts in for the car and delayed the work being completed leaving us with out use of another vehicle for two weeks. They then returned the car for a pipe to pop off while driving on my first trip back. Within a month the check engine returned with the same issue as before.

We had another mechanic look at it to be told the work had not been completed. 1000 for a repair that wasn't actually DONE. I took the car back to them after explaining my issues and they agreed to look at it and fix this issue. They then call the next day. and instead of looking at what they should have been, they where running different diagnostics (which they tried to charge for) and are trying to charge me for another repair that's not relevant to what I had taken the car in for! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, GO ELSE WHERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

Rang them at 3pm today as my son's car had an oil leak. Said to drop the car over and they would fix it Monday. Dropped the car off at 3.30. Had a call at 5pm to say the car was fixed. Excellent, speedy and efficient service. Totally customer focused. Never used them before but certainly will in the future.
