Excellent service on my car last Saturday. Very pleased with the whole service experience at Brooklyn Garage. I was very well looked after during the morning drop off and pick up later in the day! I would thoroughly recommend this garage! Brilliant service and customer support!

Lovely to be able to buy locally with the added bonus of friendly service. Was able to take the car for a test drive alone, which was very useful and stress-free. Mark, the salesman was great and very helpful. Collected the car 3 weeks ago and very pleased with the service from 'welcome' board on the front of my car, clear information, comprehensive handover/in-car tutorial and a lovely bouquet of flowers in the boot, which was a very nice touch! Definitely recommend.

We were welcomed by Joshua who had a lovely manner and we felt comfortable dealing with him as he was very honest about the car we were interested in buying, negatives and positives. We had arranged a test drive - all was set up ready for us and we were allowed plenty of time to get a feel for the car. We were even able to drive home and try parking in our garage to make sure we could get the car in.

After the test drive we decided we were happy with the car, but there was no pressure to buy. It was a hassle free transaction and we are thrilled with our new i10. Thank you Joshua!

I've just bought an I20 from Brooklyn Hyundai and I am very happy with the service. I don't always feel very comfortable at garages as salesmen usually make me feel like they'd do or say anything for a sale but Josh was very helpful, friendly and made me feel comfortable while he was going through everything. I took it for a test drive and when I got back I decided to go for it.

Finance went through within a few hours and he was very quick to respond to my emails too while I was waiting to be able to pick up my new car. Fantastic service. Thank you Josh.

I've just picked up my brand new i10 and couldn't be happier with the service. When I first ordered the car, Mark was incredibly helpful, clearly knowledgeable and kept me up to date throughout the process. Upon picking up my car, Richard was so friendly, talking through the final details and paperwork before showing me the features of the car and giving me a bunch of beautiful flowers as a thank you! Richard made an already exciting day even better, going above and beyond to ensure I was happy and all of my questions were answered. We recently bought a large family estate car from Brooklyn Hyundai after seeing it online and making a test drive appointment with Josh, one of the sales representatives. Josh was extremely professional and friendly from the moment I rang to arrange the test drive to the moment we went to pick up our new car after purchasing it. He made us feel well looked after with offers of tea and coffee and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and any extras we might like to include such as gap insurance, future servicing etc.

Not once did we feel like any of these things were being pushed on us. Just good plain honest advice. We are expecting a baby soon and Josh even presented me with a lovely bunch of flowers when we went to pick our car up. I was very touched. We would definitely recommend them and would 100% buy another car from them in the future.
