From all experiences of dealing with Ken Brown Kia Harlow, I've never had any problems. Very friendly service and always a positive, pleasure-able experience. With reference to the last review about some glass, it looks as though someone has done this maliciously, as you can from the images the stresses are in the middle of the glass. It's a shame when someone has a problem and always blames the brand, and when people believe things they see online.

On trading my car again both the sales guys were fantastic even with the challenges in securing insurance. Joe was very courteous and made the experience go well. Frank also went out of his way to make sure I was OK during the process. Thank you both for your expertise.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Jonathan. I sent an enquiry via the website which was responded to very quickly, as were all follow up emails. We stated our preferences and budget, and Jonathan met these straight away. Within less than 24 hours we walked away having a new deal agreed.
