Came to view a volvo xc60 that came up on autotrader was a bit sceptical of coming to a big dealership but the car buying process was brilliant no pushy sales guys got a good price on trade in for old car found a few scratches which they booked in for a machine polish and even put me plenty of diesel in to get home you don't find that at your back street garages thank you

What a pleasure it was to feel like I was respected, definitely worth the near eighty mile return trip from Hull, yes there is a Volvo dealership in Hull, but, well, read my review on them elsewhere! I made the trip to have my car Polestar optimised, that was well worth the cost, the car is much livelier now. I was looked after by 'Tim' on the service desk who was extremely helpful with a problem that surfaced on the way to Malton, the guy's there are going to deal with that as a separate visit, and yes, it will be worth another near eighty mile round trip, to put the money in their pockets!

Purchased a used V60 Cross Country Lux recently (Jan 2021) & VERY pleased. I mainly dealt with Richard & Gareth & both provided impeccable customer service and a relaxed approach surrounding the sale of which I have never experienced in a dealership before. This most definitely encouraged the sale for me even more. Despite the dealership being almost a four hour drive for me I will definitely be back in the future to purchase another vehicle.
I also spoke with a female on reception a couple of times of whom I cannot remember your name (sorry!) but again Communication was not only polite and courteous but had a friendly touch of mentioning what the local weather was like ensuring I was wrapped up for my COVID-safe visit to see the car! A great car with even better service thank you all!
