My experience at Avalon Motor Company was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and made the whole process easy and non stressful. There was a good selection of vehicles that were at a reasonable price and the site was clean and well presented. Would definitely recommend to others!

I am a driving instructor an I was looking to for a new vehicle for my business. I found Avalon motor company on the auto trader. I seen a car for sale by Avlon and it's was the perfect car. I rang without any hesitation and a gentleman called David was my assistant. David explained the entire process very clearly and advised me to come and have a look at the car before I put a deposit down.

Due to business commitments I was not able to travel from north west and I asked David to understand my situation. my red Ford Fiesta was delivered to my home address with out any delay and I am more than happy. Avalon are really great. They really did all to make my car purchase as easy as they could for me and my requirements were all attended to without any fuss. The car well turned out and My questions answered when being a dummy I had to call and ask about this and that! I always have a good experience when I visit Avalon motors and have just recently started a finance agreement again finding my car at this garage. I went back to this garage because I have always trusted that if I have any problems with a car they will see me straight away in the servicing department. The sales team are always friendly and great with people who don't know a lot about cars.

They also get back to you really quickly and accommodate to your needs. My sales person Chris Langford was knowledgable, patient and worked to get a good deal on my car finance and explained everything really clearly. When I decided to add on something after we'd agreed finance they got this prepared for me so I could successfully do this the next day.

They aren't pushy and genuinely look to get you the best offer they can. I would recommend getting your car from this garage as you are always well looked after. They also have a good range of cars I have never struggled to find something to suit me. Thank you.

Excellent customer experience. Saw the vehicle on Autotrader and arranged a test drive at 10am on a Monday morning. After that I completed the purchase of the new car and trade in of my current vehicle, in a couple of hours. All of the paperwork was efficiently completed by Avalon Motor Company. Would happily recommend.

Needed a car at short notice. Avalon were really helpful - quick to advise, not too pushy, calm atmosphere and smooth operating systems. Cheerful staff and well-presented vehicles. Good range of cars available and more on their computers when we needed guidance. Plenty of coffee to keep us going too!

Good initial phone call and very friendly. Not quite so good on the day of purchase. Salesman's attitude changed somewhat and there was a big push to sell extra warranty. Pleased with the car so far and was a fair trade in for my old one. Have not has my call after a week to see how it's going as promised. Phoned 2 weeks after purchase to check about a detail of the service history.

Not an over friendly response and told to phone the garage in the service book. Stamp is unreadable though so can't call them. Not particularly helpful and just wanted to get off the phone.
