Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) is a finance product that allows you the opportunity to buy a new or a used car. It is similar to a Hire Purchase agreement as you will usually pay an initial deposit, followed by monthly instalments over a term typically between 18 to 48 months. What makes PCP different to Hire Purchase (HP) is that your monthly instalments are paying off the depreciation of the car, and not its entire value, over the course of the term. Then, when you get to the end of your agreement, there is a final, balloon payment that must be made if you want to keep the car.

Very disappointing service department. My elderly Mother took her car down for a re-gas advertised online at 69 and came back with a 69 bill for diagnosis to say that the system holds gas without leaks, but the compressor is faulty - not quite what she asked for. If the faulty part is replaced, then she can have the regas at a cost of 130 as the car needs "so much of it".
We feel that she has been mistreated and deceived - we won't be visiting there again. The only good point is that that they have been very polite the entire time, like a smiling assassin!

So I took my 2014 astra in for a check up as the engine management light was on, they ran a diagnostic check, repaired the issue and cleaned my car all in space of an hour. And the price for all this? 99. This is in my opinion a real bargain, knowing how much my local garage has charged me previously for a diagnostic check 46 (didn't fix the issue, just cleared the EML temporarily) I would definitely recommend this vauxhall branch.

Poor service, on going dispute. Spent 996 on stop start issue. Took car back 7 times and still not resolved. I'm told it is a different issue now and I have to pay for this. Very disappointed and will never use this garage again. Hope this review is helpful to others. Scan down the list and you will see the Manager giving his garage a 5 star review!

I own a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 2. Which I booked in to Rowcliffes to have a flag mast fitted, I did try several of the other big garages e.g. Mercedes, etc. but they didn't want to know, I wasn't going to take it to any of the Kelvin Webster type garage, eg Coronation st. The garage and the service was first class, and when I went to pay the bill i was pleasantly surprise, as they spent several hours on my car as they didn't expect. Thank you.

Just bought our 2nd Corsa from Rowcliffes Bridgwater 2 years after 1st purchase and have had 2 years servicing our car there too. Chris and Craig on the Sales team really helpful and friendly and know us by name when we pop in. Becky on service reception also very approachable and chirpy! All good and I'd recommend them.

Bought a used Astra. The sales guy was great but due to problems beyond his control my Astra had hardly any fuel when I picked it up. He said if I called back he'd put petrol in it but when I did he wasn't in. I explained the situation to the other sales staff but they appeared very reluctant to honour the gesture. They did (through gritted teeth) but the sales manager in particular was pretty unpleasant about it making me feel like I was taking a liberty.
Left a sour taste, tainting what would have been an otherwise fairly amicable experience. The service staff seemed very helpful but in my opinion some of the sales staff could use customer service training, particularly the sales manager. I won't be going back.
