Had an issue with my car and used this garage for the very first time. Ardi and his team are brilliant. I was kept in the loop and updated. I collected my car and they had returned it to me spotless. I am so impressed I've already booked in my mot and service for later on this year.definitely recommend if you're a Jaguar or Landrover owner. Thanks to you all for a great service.

Engine check light resolved (3,300+) and car dropped back with a strange hissing noise coming from the area of work. Confirmed as works under warranty and car returned, then told that damage in the area was found and a charge of 2,500 would be incurred to rectify. Avoid as I will be going forward. I recently took my car here for a repair - I was informed there was an issue with the valve by the mechanic Myke, I initially agreed to have this changed. He then checked and saw that the gearbox had a further issue and needed to be changed, but continued to change the valve despite this without my permission knowing that the car wouldn't even be able to work because of the gearbox.
He then informed me that he changed the valve, and I questioned him and said "why would you change it if you know the car isn't going to even work because the gearbox is faulty?" and he stated that because I initially had agreed to it, he decided to change it. However I made it clear that this was before I knew the gearbox was completely faulty, otherwise I would have never agreed to this change being made.
I then asked how much it would cost to change the gearbox and he quoted me really unreasonable prices. However, I checked with other Jaguar dealers and found that the price was more than half of what he told me for a brand new gearbox. I have been completely scammed - he continued to change the valve despite knowing there was a deeper issue and without consulting me first, forcing me to pay him as he wouldn't release my car otherwise, and he quoted me false prices for the gearbox. There was no transparency in the matter and I will never be using their services again.
