I was very sceptical at first regarding my purchase from Deane Vale Motors after 2 bad experiences with other garages just before this. I felt instantly at ease when having a discussion with Henry about the vehicle, the keys were handed to me I was told where things were and left to it for a while to look over the car. Once I'd finished looking we went for a test drive and I drove the car back to the garage after, I was shown everything in working order and once again when I returned was left to it to have another look over the vehicle before making my decision without any pressure.

After a discussion I felt happy with the vehicle and chose to purchase, from here I was sent across to the office which was highly professional, well thought out and decorated with customers in mind. The receptionist here continued a professional and friendly approach again making me feel at ease with my purchase. All paperwork was prepped and ready for me on my arrival including all previous works for the vehicle.

I was highly satisfied with the checks carried out on the car and overall very pleased with my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to use this garage again and am now enjoying my vehicle, thank you all for your service and after service!

Bought a Ford ranger from these guys! Absolutely faultless service and the truck is amazing! Bought a used SUV here which we'd seen advertised online. Easy to do business with and negotiate a fair deal. One small issue with the vehicle which they sorted without issue. Established family business and helpful. Certainly worth looking at.

Recently purchased two vehicles from Henry and Son James who run the business. Unfortunately, one of the vehicles developed a problem. The issue for me, although inconvenient, was not the vehicle itself but how the problem was resolved. The vehicle came with a three-month warranty and true to their word sorted the vehicle out, cleaned it and got it back on the road all with a minimum of fuss. Pleasure to do business with, no dramas, just customer satisfaction.

EXCEPTIONAL. i have bought many cars over quite a few years from Deane Vale Motors. Every car has been fantastic, with no problems. The people there are very friendly and helpful. I bought a Nissan Juke under part exchange just over a week ago, it is brilliant. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WISH FOR. NO HASSLE. If you want a second hand car, go there. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

A helpful and reliable independent garage. A family run business that has always been honest with me and offered good advice. Professional with their service and I feel confident after taking my vehicles there, that I haven't paid for parts I didn't need. I've had bad experiences with national chains in the past and i'm glad to find a garage that actually want their customers to come back again.

A good turnaround on work completed and they've always made time when i've got an urgent mechanical problem or MOT. If you're looking for somewhere local then I'd recommend trying this garage.
