Having recently bought a used Vitara from Bachelors of Ripon I would like to thank Dave for all his patience and help. He had let me know about the vehicle as soon as it became available and after inspecting and driving it, was most impressed. Dave was so friendly and helpful but I never felt pressured. I bought a BMW X1 recently and they provided 5 star service. I had an issue with my car a month after purchase and their after sales manager Paul Ramsey was amazing in dealing with my problem, very professional and he fixed the car for free even though it may not have been their fault. He organised to pick up the car from London, fixed it to a very good standard while keeping me informed. I would buy another car from them without thinking. Called to Batchelors Ripon following a service and MOT a couple of days before to have a new bonnet stay clip fitted and came away with a different car! Well, there was such a great selection available, my Wife and I couldn't resist. Our thanks to Josh Millar who very ably managed the part-exchange - a painless experience. We have purchased before from Batchelors and have regularly had our cars serviced there. The reception staff and service staff have always been helpful and courteous. Highly recommended.

Been a loyal customer for many years, and have always been looked after well, but recently I went in with the view to purchase a newer car. I got mine valued and was substantially less than what I thought it was worth. When I got home I used Batchelors own online valuation to check to see if the price I was offered was correct. Well all I can say is my car is in near showroom condition, and the price I was offered was less than a car in BELOW AVERAGE condition!

Since this I have had it valued at several other dealers who have all valued it at a much higher price than Batchelors have. in fact one was nearly 2000 pounds more. I would not use Batchelors again as j have lost trust in their ability to give a fair deal

Very clean and tidy premises. Gives the right impression as soon as you walk through the doors. Assisted by Dana who was confident, knowledgeable and her customer service skills were exactly as they should be. A credit to the company. We bought the car and everything was arranged for us with no problems. Unfortunately Dana was ill when we collected the car but handover was conducted by Josh who also did a good job.

We bought our new car from here recently and we are very happy with the customer support and services throughout the process. Holly was really helpful, answering all our questions. I was particularly impressed with the videos, we were able to get a good view of the car before we even arrived. The process of buying and exchanging cars was smooth, in fact the hardest part of the process, was just arriving to pick the car up (we were very late), but Holly had everything ready and waiting, so everything ran smoothly. So, we would love to thank Holly for all her help!
