I take my 21 year old car here & the staff are brilliant, I am a nurse & during the first lockdown they checked my car when it was making a funny noise & wouldn't take any money for it. I have been dealing with this garage for a few years now & I trust them 100%,w ouldn't go anywhere else.

They are friendly, approachable, explain clearly what the root causes of the issues and provide you with options for solutions that suit you. Have bought several Mercedes from here over the years. Colin who runs the place is very knowledgeable and he and his team always give 1st class service, no trying to baffle you with technical terms or sharp intakes of breath. I don't own a Merc now but still take my current vehicle here.

These guys are totally awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, generous and efficient. There's no reason to go anywhere else, ever. Especially not to any Merc main dealer. I am definitely not "friend or family" as one of the other reviewers suggests must be the writers of positive reviews (what rubbish!) - just a very satisfied customer, every time.
