Click and Deliver: We will deliver the car to you and conduct handover whilst strictly observing social distancing guidelines. I've just purchased a 20 plate Focus st-line x estate from Newmarket Motor Company and dealt with Jeremy. Absolutely brilliant service. All seamlessly done over the phone and online, including part exchange. Very professional having had poor dealings with two main Ford agent looking for a similar car. I have just purchased a Jaguar F-type from these guys. Rob Dunning was my point of contact, super friendly professional sales person. The car was well prepared and in tip top condition. In my honest and personal experience buying a car from this garage has been more hassle than it's worth, the pictures are a few of many problems this car came with after being told that cars leave their garage immaculate and their reputation is so good. I tried to get the tyre fixed that they sent me with a slice in the side wall, to find they couldn't get certain wheel nuts off from being over tightened, especially the locking wheel nut.
The communication with this garage is terrible, the car went back for some things sorting and fixing, was left with a car that had dirty baby wipes in and dints all over that bad the back door barely shut properly, they then had my car for 6 weeks and barely rang me, an when I rang for a update was fobbed off, I eventually got the car back to then get a flat tyre and realise they hadn't put my locking wheel but back in the car, for a high class car garage to do such a dodgy paint job on a car and over tighten wheel nuts screams out to me that they just bodge things, don't have much knowledge or experience because even I know not to over tighten locking wheel nuts.
