We are very pleased with how Steve and Rebecca handled our Mercedes Sprinter van purchase. We came to the dealership without an appointment and were seen straightaway. We are a small firm and the other dealers that we came across while looking for the van were quite uninterested and did not treat us very seriously, which was really unfair. Steve and Rebecca treated us with respect and did their best to accommodate our needs. Rebecca was a superstar at explaining regarding the financing options.
She gave us a very clear understanding of how different options worked and what were the pros and cons of every financing option. I spoke to the other dealers previously and their explanation did not make so much sense. It is VERY important when the sales people can provide such a detailed explanation that the customer can actually understand. Steve was very friendly and confident (emphasis added, as this is essential).
He knew exactly what we needed and handled our purchase at the highest professional level. Steve was providing a detailed update at every step of the purchase and was very patient with one million emails from ourselves with all the questions. Superb service, highly recommended! I hope they will both receive a monthly bonus for their hard work. If any of our builder friends will require a van, we will send them directly to Motus.

Very poor service. If I could give minus stars I would. Waited *four and a half hours* on site to be told that they could never have done my job because the relevant mechanic wasn't available. Booked it in with clear details of the specific job and they could have let me know this at any time, instead not bothering to tell me till I said I had to leave.
This is what you get for being polite and simply enquiring half way through day if they have done it yet. If in future everyone yells at and abuses your staff it's no surprise, being patient and polite is clearly the signal to be treated like an absolute chump. I would never ever set foot back here again. I suggest you avoid them like the current plague. **UPDATE**: Service manager has made genuine efforts to rectify situation so I'm revising this to say they are not all hopeless, approach with caution but I'd give them the benefit of the doubt.

We've recently had to use your service as our Mercedes Vito van was making a loud noise when stationery and engine off. This is a 2019 van and still under warranty. The mechanic arrived and wasn't even interested in seeing the video I'd recorded of the noise. Instead he plugged in his computer and when and sat in His van where he stayed for 15 minutes, before telling me no fault was found and the noise was the van cooling down.
I then get an invoice for over 330.00. I was not convinced as I've had the van close to a year and this has never happened. I took the van to a Mercedes dealership where it stayed all day. They found that the exhaust was filled with soot and cleaned the ad blue filters. I'm told this was due to the van not regenerating. I asked how do we know if this is happening he said you don't.
The fixed the fault at no charge. I then called you office to explain what has happened and to get the invoice cancelled as a fault was found and repaired under the warranty, only to be told over and over and rudely that the invoice will not be cancelled. I explained that a fault was found and she then tells me that yes the report said a fault was found and that we purposely switched off the engine as the van was trying to regenerate.
I said how would we know the van is trying to regenerate she said a message would come up on the dashboard, THIS WAS A COMPLETE LIE! I asked the Mercedes dealership who repaired the fault and they confirmed no such message exists. The invoice states that the mechanic checked all over the vehicle, exhaust, engine, bolts etc. This is also a lie. The only thing he did was plug in his computer.
He didn't once check under the vehicle engine or anything else. The invoice is not justified because a fault was found and repaired and most of all he didn't do what it states on there. The noise has not occurred since Mercedes in Stratford fixed it.
