Dealt with Paul at Campbell's when buying a Honda Jazz in advance of moving back to NI. We had already decided on what model we wanted and Paul was able to source the car and have everything thing in place before we arrived. He kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and made arrangements for us to collect the car when it was convenient for us. I would highly recommend Campbells based on the service that I received.

Bought a used car from them last week, very happy with it. The deal was on point, they worked with me to get it to the price I was happy with. Dealt with Sean start to finish and would recommend him for buying a car 100%. Absolutely no pressure to buy extras which was massively appreciated. Good trade in price for my own car too. Took care of taxing it, full tank for the journey home, car was spotless ready for me. Even let my wife test drive a couple of cars while we were doing my paperwork. I'll likely be back for my next upgrade.

We visited the showroom twice with a Motability requirement. Also contacted Citroen in the UK with an email query. No reply? This is our local dealership and would have suited our needs entirely as we liked a particular vehicle which was not available on our second visit, so no chance of a test drive. No offer made of when replacement available. Little empathy for disabled persons needs, we felt.

Excellent service. I called in late in the day in my Citroen hire car needing a replacement roof aerial for one that had been pinched the previous night (not parked in Rostrevor!). The service manager couldn't have been more helpful. He wasn't sure if they had the part in stock, but said he would take one from a demonstrator vehicle if not, and order a replacement later on.
As luck would have it, they did have the correct part, and even gave me a small discount on the cost! Saved me a lot of hassle and inflated expense if the hire company had charged me to replace it. Very grateful, and truly impressed at the level of service.
