I purchased my new Duster from Shelbourne P'DOWN on 29th April 22 and as of today 5th June 22. I still have not received the log book (V5C) for this vehicle. When I contacted DVLA Swansea they told me NO documentation relating to the sale of this vehicle had been received from Shelbourne. On Wednesday 1st June 22 I was contacted by Shelbourne P'down requesting a copy of my car insurance bearing the registration of my new car. a request I found rather strange. this was the first time in my life a car dealership had made such a request one month After the conclusion of a car sale. then I thought to myself. could such be in any way related to the NON-APPEARANCE of my (V5C)? Is this Customer Care?

I bought a car off yourselves1 year ago. There's been a crunching noise from we have bought it. (when applying the brake) Called several times and been told that I would be contacted. Been serviced and told there's nothing wrong. But when a fellow worker brought the car out after the service, they said they could hear the crunching and not to let them away with fobbing me off. No respect, no response, no care for safety. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY. NEXT STOP KIA UK

Bought a car through Autotrader which led to Shelbourne Motors getting in touch with me - Spoke with Marcus P who was very informative and patient whilst trying to get all the documents back from me. Excellent customer service and after sales service. Would highly recommend as they are highly competitive and professional. Thanks you Marcus and Darren -

Yesterday purchased my new car, I received a very fair price for my trade in, but most remarkably met with Glenn who dealt with us in the most professional yet friendly manner. He listened to what we wanted, gave advice, showed us options and all without the dreaded sales pressure. My wife and I were both really surprised how painless the whole process was in comparison to some experiences in the past, Glen knew his product & could answer all the questions he had an assured manner which made us comfortable with him and the whole process so thank you.
My father in the past had purchased at Shelbourne and then used their Motability scheme and always said they were good to deal with, and I can now confirm this. I am very happy with my new wheels and equally I would recommend anyone give them a go, ask for Glenn I suspect you will drive away happy. I would go back in the future without hesitation.

Disappointed. Paid 102 for diagnostic re dashboard warning lights. After several hours I was told they couldn't identify the fault but they would continue with diagnostic provided we paid an additional 204 - At the end of the day they were unable to resolve the problem due to unavailability of parts, I think that's very expensive, I've paid them over 300 and the problem has not been resolved.

Just be careful - Very poor aftersales Purchased a used vehicle from Shelbourne Motors. Couple of months later when we entered summer i noticed the air conditioning wasn't blowing cold (Obviously in this part of the world if you buy a car in winter its very hard to tell if this system is working properly). Called Shelbourne and they told me to bring it in and not to worry as car has 6 month warranty. Brought it in and parting words from the gentleman, its probably stone chips and wont be covered by warranty.
Ok Few hours later surprise surprise, its not covered and will be xxx Ok, i'll have my car back please don't carry out any work. Picked up the car and it broke down as i was driving out of the dealership, i was very close to being involved in an accident. I managed to limp back to the front (thought i was going to have to push), went in explained what had happened (a lot of other surprised potential customers) and the guy blamed everything under the sun as to why this happened (we didn't touch this or that its your fault).
They took it away for a few mins and came back and said there was no diesel (yes im aware its low but trip computer was reading 50 miles not empty) and it should be ok now. (Pretty sure they just cleared the fault from the ecu but anyway) Got home but issue came back within 24 hours. (I don't know what they done to investigate the problem but the car was driving fine before being left in) Ended up there was an issue somewhere else, which they ended up fixing after 2 more failed attempts, and a lot of fighting with them.
Bottom line be very careful dealing with these guys, its all rosy until something goes wrong, after sales warranty not worth the paper its printed on. Very disappointed customer, i wont be back

Shelbourne Motors sold me a car with the wrong miles with a discrepancy of 21,000 miles. They sold me a car stating there was 8,000 miles on it. During the handover I enquired about servicing and the salesman took out the book and the first service was carried out after 17,500 miles and scribbled out the 7 to make it 1,500 miles. During the test drive I commented that the brakes were squealing.
They were still squealing. I was told they would replace the car but after nearly 2 weeks the only car they offered had 38,000 miles on it. They had left me with no car and no way to get to work, I HAD to purchase a car from another dealer as I had no time to shop around. THIS IS A BAD COMPANY THEY HAVE EVEN CLAIMED THAT THEY DID A ROUTINE CHECK AFTER SELLING ME THE CAR AND INFORMED ME ABOUT THE MILEAGE. I HAVE E-MAILS TO PROVE THIS IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE. I WISH I HAD NEVER STEPPED THROUGH THEIR DOORS AND SAVED MYSELF THE STRESS
