I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Roadside Motors in Dollingstown - I was selling my car and dealt with Chris who could not have been more helpful. I'd unfortunately left an item in the car after I had sold it but to save me a journey back, Chris offered to post it out to me which he did not have to do at all, a credit to Roadside Motors.

Bought a new Suzuki Swift from Mark. I have dealt with many big brand dealerships in the past and this was by far the most personal experience I've received. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy anything I didn't want and mark did absolutely everything he could and found me a fantastic deal. Could not recommend enough, will certainly be back!

I LOOKED ON THE WEBSITE, AS I WAS LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR MY WIFE.I WAS ABLE TO RESERVE THE CAR IMEDIATELY.THE NEXT DAY I MET BRIAN AND FOUND HIM TO BE VERY CIVIL AND HE DID NOT PRESSURE ME IN ANYWAY.I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING ROADSIDE MOTORS. EXCELLENT

Please for the love of God do not do service within this branch, the worst mechanics you could possibly get. I have left over 1,300 and the job was awful. First they have destroyed my locknut on one of my tyres (which then they fixed it and obviously I had to pay for it as they do not admit to their mistakes) now again my car had some issues and this time I went to a local mechanic (recommended by my friend) and turns out there was 0 coolant somehow after 3 months when the car was serviced.

On top of that, the computer said that the fan is broken which again was not mentioned or fixed within the service provided. Please, if you value your money avoid this place.

The service at Roadside Motors is probably the best in Northern Ireland. They also have a broad range of cars which are priced well. Chris was incredibly kind and his technical knowledge was exceptional and I wouldn't have bought a car from Roadside Motors if it wasn't for their outstanding customer service. They got the car out to me with full MOT and service in a very short period of time, even though it was so close to Christmas.

Just bought my new Evoque from Brian at Roadside today! He couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent customer service and a pleasure to deal with! Delighted with my new car!

I visited the showroom in the hope that they could help a damsel in distress. My window wipers stopped working and had a ferry to catch in horrible rain. The team were absolutely amazing after the sales manager agreed to fix my car with part of a brand new car! I was so worried I would be stranded but they went above and beyond to help me thank you soooo much! AMAZING Customer Service

Dealt with Andrew for the second time. All I can say there are people for certain jobs and Andrew is one of them. Such a gentleman. No hard push. No spoofing. Arranged everything quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend Edwin Mays and especially Andrew. Thanks.

I had my car in to get my air conditioning refilled and I have to say they were brilliant, all the little jobs ie: bulb's etc were replaced also, friendly and a very efficient service that would never disappoint

I bought my first car here nearly 4 years ago. I recently just upgraded my old car to a new car and I can not recommend Edwin Mays enough! The whole process was a piece of cake, the staff are so polite and helpful and the manager Gareth has to be one of the nicest men I've ever met! I'd rate this dealership 6/5 * if I could because it's just that good! like seriously go check them out if you're looking a car you won't be disappointed.

Called in after seeing this car on line. Despite being kitted out in full motorcycle wet gear, I was taken seriously and found the staff to be both helpful and informed.

One star even too much for such a bad service. We came for some car parts. We were standing for ages, nobody come and ask us what we wanted. When husband ask some man who was busy talking to some costumer. He just gave very bad look and even didn't bother to answer the question. So had to go today to Lisburn shop. Where was all very friendly.
