I highly recommend Gleve motors for there excellent customer service. They were really outstanding, very professional and friendly in the way they looked after me. They also took time to help tax the new car and sat in the car with me to connect my phone to Bluetooth and to show me how all the controls and gadgets worked in the car. Very good service, they are still supporting me now as my radio would not work and the lads at Gleve are still attempting to get the problem solved. I never feel like i am bothering them when I phone as they are lovely and so helpful. I would certainly recommend them to anybody, very approachable and lovely to deal with.

I just part exchanged my old car for a used Lexus from this garage and the whole experience has been fantastic. The staff have been extremely helpful. AVOID THIS COMPANY I recently bought a car from this company and have had nothing but issues since. We were promised the car was in good condition yet the car has been back to them multiple times over the last 3 weeks. Our last visit was the final straw, the car broke down due to issues with the clutch. We took the car back and were told they would look at it, initially they told us it was just a cable and that we would have to pay roughly 40 to fix it.
A few days went by and we were still without a car despite us having a 6 month old baby and no other form of transport. After a couple of days they told us the price would now be 100 as it was more than the cable having looked on a ramp. But they had already told us they had looked at the car and found the issue. After a few more days past they told us it was good news and it wasn't due to be 100 as it was just the cable.
After a week past they called us to say they had fixed the issues and it will cost us 100 even though they have previously quote to cable fix to be roughly 40! I rang them to question the cost of the repairs and how the money was calculated. I stated that legally under the Consumer Goods Act, that due to being presented information that the car was in good condition that we were due to have the repairs completed under our legal warranty.
They instantly responded "just bring me 40" and hung up on me. When arriving the collect the car the first thing they said was that they refuse to ever do any work on the car again even though it is still legally under warranty with them. Whilst selling us the car they tried to present a car in "great condition" yet they panicked after the car failed to start 5 times!

Bought a car with damp issues.took it back to them loads of times and they just kept brushing me off with lies about the seal around back window!. It has clearly been in a crash as back bumper was stuck on with a black rubber substance! Consequently my car grows mushrooms each winter! And the boot is only useful for plastic wrapped items. Its still soaked and makes seats in back moldy. I am so annoyed at being talked down over this issue.i gave in. Not happy at all.
