The whole team: Scott in sales, Mark in reception and the fella's in the garage provided an excellent level of customer care. In particular, the service mechanics as they were extremely thorough and I felt very reassured that they had carried out a good job. I will definitely use again because of the high level of care, professionalism and works carried out. All of the staff, I feel went over and above. I even received a polite letter from the director thanking us for our custom. What a nice change!

These guys helped me and my family in purchasing my first car last summer, a little silver Ford Ka. Not sure of the salesman's name but hopefully he can remember us coming in. Very professional, friendly and helpful; he went above and beyond for us. We're no car experts by any means but we did question a few of the advisories on the MOT and they fixed all of them for us free of charge.
When we collected the car we found the spare key wasn't starting the car which again they fixed for us within the same half hour. Can't expect everything to go right but their swift response is really a testament to their great service. A little bit of time has passed since but Ka is still with me and doing great. Thanks so much to everyone at Central Garages.

I was looking for a mazda 3 headlight, I originally phoned for a part number to find one elsewhere, the staff are really helpful not only did they provide me with the part number but I was also given really helpful advice in what may be the cheepest option for myself. Ie breakers or online. As it turned out the price central garages offered me for the part was the most competitive, guaranteed to fit, and least hassle. (who would of thought going directly to a main dealer would be the cheepest option and with the least stress) I highly recommend this garage and thank the staff for all there help

Well, yesterday the wife's little Smart car, decided enough was enough and broke again, so the decision was made scrap it. Went on Autotrader and found Central Garages Torquay, and there she was a 9yr lime green Smart Passion, love at first sight (like when we met 38yrs ago ) salesman Richard did a really professional job and we bought it. 5 star service, worth a visit

Just had My Mercedes serviced and MOT'd along with new discs and pads and a hefty repair, done swiftly and for less than the quoted price even though they did more work than originally estimated. Also did some extra work which was unexpected and not charged for. Central garage are one of the very few garages in the area I trust. They are, and always have been, excellent to deal with.

Throughly recommended Central Garages Torbay. Took my car in this week for a service and they were polite from the initial booking to the end of service. Even received a letter today thanking me for choosing them, which was a really nice touch. Considering I went to another Mazda branch in Exeter for my service last time, which was awful communication and service I would definitely book again with these guys instead. Thank you

Purchased a second hand car about 7 weeks ago. Very satisfied with everything about the sale. Today found my car wouldn't start. Within the hour they sent out a mechanic who jump started me to get back to the garage, tested it and put in a brand new battery. (All under warranty) Outstanding service Central garages. Thank you to everyone. Is just the sort of thing you remember when trading in your car again.
