1st class experience at Ancaster Hyundai Croydon today. Well done, having visited many car dealers on the Purley Way the staff where truly amazing in comparison they listened to my requirements, I test drove within 20 minutes and I found the perfect vehicle within budget. THANK YOU It's was surprising to see the vast range of vehicles available to look at in this huge showroom. If you are looking to buy this is the place to visit. They have New Hyundai, Used Hyundai's and a range of other makes to look at all in one place.

Excellent service from the start, picking up my car to return delivery. The only problem was i ordered from the parts dept a "chrome, rear bumper protector to be fitted on the service". And when I checked with service the wrong part was fitted? Service adviser did give me the option to change it? But on reflection I believe, that what was fitted looks and works well for me.

Easily the best experience we have ever had! Gareth Williams made us feel comfortable and confident that we were being looked after, understood our needs completely, especially around mobility. Within minutes we found the perfect car and it was being delivered to the showroom a couple days later! Upon arrival we were welcomed with our new car in the showroom absolutely gleaming and accompanied by a lovely congratulations message which made our day!
All the staff were amazing throughout but for us Venessa and Gareth really made it the best experience possible! We look forward to returning in years to come! We'll be going straight to Gareth again!

"ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS". I arrived at Hyundai Croydon unannounced and at 08:30am, asked at the service desk, for some assistance, and they were only to happy to get a member of the sales team. Gareth came out of his meeting straight away and was extremely helpful. He was knowledgable about the vehicle I wanted, and determined to get me a great deal.
His communication, help and assistance throughout the process was second to none. He in turn introduced me to Vanessa and she too was fantastic (even when I returned to them a week later). Coming out of her office and remembering my name, which in my book is great customer service. They say its the little things that count and I cannot recommend Ancaster Hyundai Croydon enough for their help in me purchasing my vehicle. I will definitely return in the future.

I have had nothing but excellent customer service from the Hyundai team in Croydon. Archie and Stephen made the process of exchanging my car very easy and I felt supported and listened to rather than pressured into buying a new car. Congratulations Archie on your promotion, very well deserved! Also excellent service when getting MOT and servicing done, very easy process and I doubt I will ever purchase elsewhere!

Car in for Service and MOT, from booking in at reception to collecting after service the experience was first class. Being able to see the progress by the mechanic on a screen was great and the video sent by the mechanic working on my vehicle is a bonus. Overall a first class experience from all of the staff.
