From the outset we were treated in a friendly and professional way. Luke, Ella, and Ashley guided us through the various Part Exchange/ Sale processes in an authentic and down to earth manner. A slight 'glitch' with the car was rectified almost immediately by David in the Service Dept. The SX4-S-CROSS is a lovely car, and everything we were looking for. They are helpful, do a great job with your service and have tea, coffee or hot chocolate if you would like it. They will offer you a courtesy car but they need notice to get you booked in for it. I think they also have a service viewing area. They will also bring your car to the door of the sitting area so you don't have so far to walk.

I was apprehensive about a car purchase but John's friendliness and professional approach made the whole process pleasant and easier than I'd expected. I'm really pleased with the car. Haven't bought a decent car in years so no experience of garages but found the team at Ludlow Motors amazing.
