I bought a car from this company in September 2017. It was a diesel with 44,000 miles on the clock. They car was MOT'd and came back with no advisories prior to purchase. Unfortunately, within a week the check engine light came on and the car had to be returned to them to resolve the issue. However, by April 2018 with 13,000 more miles on the car, the engine failed and needed completely replacing.
Upon contacting the dealership, they took no responsibility for the issue, even after they were provided with a report of the issue from a reputable garage. They are insistent it is the manufacturer of the cars problem, even when they were told of the fact the sale of goods act says otherwise. I am now 4400 out of pocket, with 1600 minimum repair fee on top. I would stear well clear of using this dealership to buy a second hand car.
