I have had to use V J Collett on two occasions this year. On the first occasion the planned location for an MOT had to close at short notice due to a COVID issue. When I explained the problem to V J Collett they immediately offered to squeeze my car in at the end of a day in order to ensure I maintained a valid MOT. On the second occasion I needed new brake pads on my Audi; I unfortunately took the car down on the wrong day but even so they were able to absorb my poor planning and carry out the work - they even delivered the car back to me which was incredibly generous of them. Throughout the team have been polite, courteous and knowledgeable. They are highly recommended.

Had a issue with my vehicle when working in the area gave the garage a call see if they could have a look at my vehicle. On arrival a very nice man was waiting with a diagnostic machine to check out the fault after about ten minutes of tinkering problem solved and I was back on the road to Devon, very grateful for them to take the time to sort out my vehicle and get me back on the road.
