I used Completely Suzuki for many years when they were based in Cheltenham as John Wilkins Cars. I also bought a car from them, which I was really happy with. I recently made the mistake of trying a different garage in Cheltenham when my car developed a fault, but was left with a huge bill and the fault wasn't even fixed. I've since gone back to Completely Suzuki, it's worth the extra travel for their amazing service and honesty.

Very polite and professional. I will be back again next year for service & MOT on my Suzuki. The car was cleaned inside and out after being serviced. Very impressed with their work.

My parents recently bought and exchanged their car here and they were delighted with the service. Not living close, I do worry that people will take advantage of them, but I needn't have worried. They gave a fare price for the old car and have been really helpful in getting the new one ready for pick up. There was even a Bow on it when they came to pick it up, which was just a lovely touch for them So far - I can only but highly recommend the staff @ JohnWilkinson in Leckhampton for their honesty, reliability and customer service Also I called to get a copy of a picture that was taken when they picked the car up, and Jamie was most hopeful Thank you to all that were involved

Absolutely superb service, David handled every aspect of the purchase of my new car. The service department did the first inspection at a time to suit myself and made the whole process effortless. To my mind family owned and run businesses offer a far better service than the large groups.

I spent some time inspecting a vehicle in the showroom while the salesman chatted on the phone and completely ignored me. He continued chatting g even as I looked at him before exiting the premises.
