Past experience of this place is incompetence. To car there twice and they could find the problem. A friend took a look and fixed it in a couple of hours. They allege car has problems when other garages don't identify these problems. Only take car there if there are manufacuring recalls.

Very polite and professional. The coffee was the only downside so go for tea or a soft drink. They stock a great range of new and used cars so don't be put off by the coffee.

I've visited numerous Mini dealerships over the years, and Cotswold have always been reliably friendly, punctual and helpful in their communication and dealings with me. When I needed to source a missing screw for the odometer, they ordered the bolt and provided it at cost (I got change out of a pound!), which was greatly appreciated. Waiting area is pleasant, well stocked with tea, coffee, biscuits and power sockets!
