Crayford Motors has been a Citroen dealer for 23 years and is the largest retailer of New and Used Citroen Cars and Vans in the south east of England. We have recently extended our premises, adding a separate corporate showroom for all our many fleet and commercial vehicle customers and our newly refurbished retail showroom opened in September 2005.

Excellent service for many years now from a Simon who is charming and open and honest which is just what you need when you are committing to a commercial vehicle. We also had great help from Elaine in arranging our family car. Both vehicles are great (Relay van and C3) and we'll be sure to use them again for any further vehicles to add to our Citroen fleet!

Shocking service. Wait a month to get your car booked in. Another week while they have my car after running diagnostics. Don't bother calling to give you updates. Eventually informed that they are unable to provide you with any sort of time scale as to how long they are going to take. Same answer evetime you call ' workshop wont get to your car until sometime next week' if they can find the time. Once I get my car back, wont be going back.

I recently bought a car from Wilmoths Citroen Crayford; their service was exceptional, the information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around was very fast. Answers were clear and detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimizing the end to end time to process complex transactions. The service is smooth and straightforward.
My advisor was helpful. I would recommend deal direct. There are no words to express how delighted I am with the service I received. Mainly thanks to Kevin, so from day one looked after me; he was very patient in explaining the details of the car deal, finance, car specs, etc. I have come across salespeople who just want to sell the car, but this time it was different; Kevin looked at all the options under my circumstance and allowed me to compare what is best for me. The whole process was seamless, really exceptional customer service. I believe he had my interest at heart and found the best coverage for me at a good price.

Booked my van in with a possible part fault or wiring issue. After they had run their tests it revealed the van had the wrong fluid in a particular tank. I looked into this with other garages and parts suppliers who told me this isn't true. So I reluctantly agreed for them to change as I needed my van. After they had completed I got another call telling me their was an issue with the wiring to this particular part.
When I went to collect I challenged them about the fact I didn't need the fluid changed in the first place and why didn't the initial test flag up the wiring fault which the van was booked in for in the first place. I was basically told if you want your van you need to pay for everything! Really not happy with the service of this garage and wouldn't recommend!

I Took my car in for a service for the first time on the 27th August, once i had driven my car home and parked it up, I went to use it a few days afterwards and I noticed something dangling beneath my car. I had a look to see what it was and found it was part of the underneath protective carriage that had snapped. (See photo attached) they have to take this off to service my car.
As there are no marks and it is next to the screw they had to remove. It seems obvious it must of happened when they removed it so I took photos and emailed them over, they told me i had to rebook a date for them to take a look at the damage. The next available date they gave me was 28th September, i had to cancel this date due to fuel shortages at petrol station.
So the next date they had for me was 22nd of October. When they eventually looked, their excuse was that it must of just snapped off and it had nothing to do with them. I have been driving for over thirty years, and this is the worst customer services i have ever received.

I came to Wilmoth's Crayford on a recommendation from my Dad who has been buying Citroen's here for a number of years now and I can see why he does. Having driven Mini for the past 7 years, I had never received the best service (despite the cost) and moving to Citroen was the best decision. Rob was amazing and supported the process from start to finish, including following up after I got my car and ensuring I got the best deal. I am delighted with my car and can highly recommend Rob and the team at Wilmoth's.
