Regent Car Sales

After specifically looking for a Mercedes Benz Eclass, I found the perfect car here. On arrival they left me alone with the keys to inspect the car. Fortunately for me this particular car had obviously been loved and well looked after by previous owner. This was a fully manufactured serviced, unmarked, excellent low mileage example. Worth in real terms a lot more than it's sale value.

The service I received was second to none. But the really impressive point I would make, especially after my trade in offer is the following. Rarely have I ever found a car sales garage that sell at book price and trade in at book price. For a car like i purchased others would have put a justifiable inflated price on. As far as my trade in. I was offered 3700.(top price by the book for the car and it's condition) other dealers had offered 3200 max with the lowest being 1900 Can't fault the service or the vehicle I purchased.

Bought a 12 year old focus, really good condition inside and out and a very good price too. I had no pressure when I first turned up, was left to look over the car to make up my own mind, when buying the car I was put under no pressure about the warranty, although I did get one as it is a well priced warranty and in my opinion is worth it. I would definitely recommend regent cars going by my personal experience. Cheers

If I could give no stars that would be a start. Brought a car from them 9 months ago and already needing a engine rebuild. Nobody buys a car with 9 months MOT, I was instructed it would be redone so a years MOT was put on it but it wasn't. Foolishly I trusted the garage but don't be fooled because now I have invalid break done cover, no valid insurance (with no mot makes my insurance invalid) meaning I can't leave my broken car on the side of the road or have it picked up without spending hundreds of pounds. Thanks regant car sales after spending 10,000 with you I'm now having to pay another 4,000 to get it fixed let alone excess costs. Worst car garage to buy a vehicle from.

The team at Regent's are a credit to themselves. I bought a 12 year old Peugeot 207, so didn't expect too much. They sorted out an issue with the gearbox prior to sale, then a week or so later had the car back for an exhaust issue. All fixed, no hassle no fuss. Sadly they probably made very little from the sale.

Dan and Wesley were both very helpful. They answered all our questions and provided the background paperwork to reassure us that we were making the right choice buying from Regent Cars. We waited a few weeks before writing a review just in case there were any hiccups. We would not hesitate to go back to Regent Cars if we were looking to buy in the future.

Great car dealership that never pushes a sale. Second car purchased here as wasn't disappointed in the first I bought a number of years ago.

Got a great car at a reasonable price but had to negotiate a deal on the warranty. When I got home there was a slow puncture on a tyre, but Regent put me in touch with a local tyre company who sorted out the issue for free. Good service from the team. Many thanks

So, where to begin. The prices are fair and ok when compared to the South East sales. This would get 3* but there's so much more to consider. The sales folk are not pressurizing, they are available to answer any questions, arrange a test drive but don't apply any pressure to buy. I visited many times to view possible vehicles and they just don't get fed up, they patiently help you on your journey.

The company don't negotiate on price but they will talk about any minor imperfections which will seal the deal. For me they were amazing 6*. They agreed with the few things I wanted doing and did they to a very high standard. There was an outstanding issue when I collected the car and we arranged a suitable day the following week to have a new thing fitted.

This company quietly satisfies it's customers and that's 6*. I need another new item after owning the car for 2 weeks because the issue has just come to light and again, zero issues, they will just provide a brand new item and fit it. I totally recommend Regent for buying local quality used cars. Thank you for a great 520d.

We purchased our car this week and am in love!. I was surprised at how quick it was to get it, looked at it on the weekend and picked up Wednesday with no troubles. Very friendly staff special shout out to wez who helped and done everything for us was so easy, definitely an asset to the company. he was amazing and had a good laugh thank you very much. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service! One never expects miracles with a used car but the staff here bent over backwards to give me the new car experience and helped me to get tax and insurance sorted quickly before leaving. Will definitely be coming back for my next car
