Traded a Volvo XC60 for an Outlander PHEV. Initial phone enquiry with Mike Whitfield was very positive and informative. Mike explained the effective use of a PHEV and provided 'real world' performance estimates. Based on this and a competitive initial trade in estimate l scheduled a trip from Norfolk. Reserving the car l was interested in via AutoTrader as Mike suggested was easy.

My test drive and trade in appraisal were handled by Bradley Hood In a friendly and informative manner. All aspects of the vehicle were patiently explained and my questions answered. At no time did l feel pressured or obligated. An improvement on the original trade in value was obtained plus a contribution towards a tow bar for the new vehicle. I was happy to leave having placed a deposit on the vehicle and even happier to collect it a week later as arranged complete with new service and MOT. My thanks to Bradley and Mike for making this a very positive experience and fully justifying making the initial journey for a test drive.

Absolutely amazing service just brought our second car we see it on the Friday was picked up on Monday evening. Brad and Sam were superb got lovely bouquet of flowers too. Definitely recommend these guys
