Great service from a team of knowledgable Land Rover enthusiasts. They have been extremely helpful to me including a return service several months after acquiring a vehicle to tighten up a few things not picked up in the original service. A Truly Fantastic Company+++++++++ I took my LR Defender 2013 110 Utility Wagon to RCV to have it completely soundproofed with Dynamat Extreme and Dynaliner along with full premium carpet fitted throughout, I also had a reversing camera installed, the service was excellent and the work was carried out to an extremely high standard. All the products were purchased online through LRI Solutions who also provided an excellent service and advice.

To carry out the soundproofing RCV had to completely remove the interior including the headlining, seats, door lining etc. My defender was in New like condition so therefore I was extremely nervous above the whole process, to reassure me RCV kept me updated by emailing me photos of the progress of every stage. When I collected my vehicle after just a couple of days I couldn't be more please with the outcome and the whole experience, the service and work carried out was 2nd to none.

When I drove home the difference was incredible it was like driving a different vehicle. I couldn't recommend RCV or LRI Solutions more highly, they both provided an excellent professional service and I will be using them both again. Thanks to all at RCV, a truly outstanding professional team.

Superb, excellent, brilliant company! I honestly cannot praise RCV more highly and having purchased 20 or so cars over the years, I feel I have a good benchmark for the good and the bad dealerships. I bought my Defender from RCV earlier this year, they were excellent throughout the process, upgraded the headlights upon sale and even met me late one evening so that I could pick the car up.

Recently a hose had come loose, which is perfectly normal wear and tear and not only did RCV fix this for free but they noticed a minor dent in the air conditioning unit (possibly caused by the loose hose). The unit wasn't leaking but to be sure they replaced the unit anyway. When I offered to contribute to the cost (a few hundred pounds), Rob simply said to bear them in mind if I knew anyone looking for a Defender. I hope this reasssures anyone even loosely considering a Defender that you could not place your business in better hands than with RCV!

Best Land Rover Defender garage in the south east and beyond. Often have specials such as Camels, Series Land Rovers and more. Hugely knowledgeable and skilled staff. Wouldn't take my Defender and Discovery anywhere else.

3/9/16 Wanted to look at a blue defender 200 tdi that is up for sale, salesman didnt even acknowledge me and continued to look out the window whilst on the phone. This carried on for a number of minutes before I gave up and walked out. Terrible terrible service.

I found their vehicles to be very overpriced and to make it worse they treat you like they are doing you a favour even talking to you. They think by classifying themselves as 'specialist' dealers they have some type of superior knowledge. I ended up driving up to Essex where I found similar quality and a superior attitude at a Land Rover specialist.
