Cannot praise William enough! After having our confidence knocked at another garage we were a little skeptical about buying a car. But William from the beginning was beyond helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much. Will certainly be back in 4 years when we trade our car for another one.

First experience very good as my visit was for a factory re call, my next visit is for repairs noted whilst on re call so hope it will be just as good, very impressed so far

Bought my old E46 here for a recall, being that this service was free and my car is older now I didn't expect much from them, however I'd like to add what exceptional service I was given from the moment I booked in till the moment I walked out, the booking was spot on, I was booked in promptly and I received a text as soon as my car was ready to collect, they also completed a health check for my vehicle free of charge and valeted my car, I'd like to add what a Lovely touch this was and whoever cleaned my car did a great job.

Spot on guys Tim is also great in the parts department, I hope everyone enjoys the biscuits I bought and I will be a returning customer when I come to buy a new car in the future!

I have never bought a brand-new electric car before so I wanted to drive one for a bit longer than the normal test drive just to make sure that I liked it I went to Yeovil BMW. I was greeted by a lady named Hannah she let me use the car for the day and I went down to Weymouth picked up a paddleboard. Than stopped for lunch and then return the vehicle it was the BMW I 3.

On my return I decided I liked it so much I was going to buy one and as luck would have it they had a brand-new unregistered vehicle ready to go. the dealership was very friendly and my children were allowed to look round the vehicles without feeling they were being watched in fact one of the young salesman allowed my son to look round the M4 I had in the showroom so all in all a great place to buy your next BMW

I have had the most wonderful service experience at Westerly Yeovil. Good service, cheerful and helpful staff and a very rapid fix to my car's problems. Mine is a 2007 325i with a rear light failure and I am very happy with the results.

No one ever picks up the phone in parts dept! Im trying to buy expensive genuine parts and its like they don't want my money! When you eventually get through after days of trying, its great service however.

Best BMW garage I have dealt with. Recently moved to the surrounding area and my car service light pops up. Google my nearest BMW garage and Yeovil is about same distance to me as is Salisbury. Decided to go for Yeovil as the reviews for this garage are slightly better. I needed a loan car and Yeovil BMW supplied this, they went the extra mile by supplying the loan car free of charge and I found out on the day that my car only needed an MOT and not a full service, keeping my wallet happy. All in all, I felt like I had a free MOT due to the fact I got a loan car for the day and they cleaned my car. Thank you Yeovil BMW I will be visiting again!

I purchased my car on Saturday, this was my second car I've purchased from this garage. After a long journey down due to traffic, David and his team were waiting for us, with bottles of water on arrival. David and his team were very welcoming and friendly. The store was very clean and tidy. Everything was done very promptly from the paperwork to the actual handover of the car. The deal offered to me was fantastic value for money. Can't speak highly enough of David and the staff at the branch, and would highly recommend them!
