Went with my son to buy a car. Can't fault the service. Car we went to buy was immaculate. New tyres all round. When we went to pick it up brand new stop start battery fitted, no extra cost. Excellent part exchange deal. Gave us more than we initially asked, don't hear that everyday. Recommend this garage, had nice stock. Three month warranty too. Well worth a look. All the staff we met were really friendly.

We bought a freelander, very happy with the car which was sensibly priced. Couple of minor niggles, garage went out of their way to help and all resolved. They have clearly been around for a long time so know what they are doing. Highly recommended.

Bought a car from them which unfortunately had a fault. I would like to stress this was not their fault granted. However, they would not repair said fault although returned within 30 days of purchase and only wanted to cover half the cost. So I askes for them to find me another car which just didn't happen. I spent almost 3 weeks trying to speak to the manager regarding the issue just to be told he's not available I will get him to call you back.

I eventually got fed up with the lack of response and got a partial refund as they wouldn't refund the whole amount due to paying on credit card. I was left out of pocket and having to do the leg work for them selling a faulty vehicle. Customer service was shocking!

Brought our motor here for new tyres and brakes and was given impeccable service and advice. Compared with other garages the price was by far the cheapest. I will be recommending and returning.

Whilst travelling from Devon to Hampshire, I found the aux drive belt shredding on our Focus. Found Bridge Motors on a Google search and what a lucky find.it was. Arrived at 2pm and the staff could not have been more understanding and accommodating. We left at 3:30pm with what seemed like a tiny bill. I cannot stress enough how impressed we were with the hospitality, workmanship and the cleanliness of this business, as the other reviewer said, 'above and beyond' springs to mind. I wish all at Bridge Motors continued success, I will call in with a little thank you treat next time I'm passing.

Had to find a garage while experiencing tyre problems. The fault was found very quickly and I was offered alternatives to solve it. The service was above and beyond what I expected. Extremely helpful and a very big thank you for all your help.
