Sales team very friendly leon served me and the sale went through without a hitch. I would have given 5 * however I have just had to pay 126.00 to have the maps updated on the sat navigation and all the software updated as it hadn't been done despite me asking if it had been done when I ordered the vehicle. Make sure you ask this question as my maps was on 11 and the current maps is 22! The worse in car multimedia system I have ever had. The sat nav was useless hence me trouble shooting and the voice control is useless. Shame as the dealership were lovely.

Would not use these or recommend. Told my wife they didnt have wiper blades in stock for my 2018 astra. Also didnt have a brake light bulb which would need to be ordered. Seriously poor service from a main dealership. Happy to allow my wife to drive a unsafe vehicle away from the garage. Shameless service from the girl on the service Adviser desk.

Car was on the premises and told my wife "Car does not exist". Vehicle was outside and would not go out to even look at the car. Totally disappointing. NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

Extremely pleased with the service received from Joe in the sales department. He was always available and sorted out a couple of issues we noticed with the paintwork. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Joe, and we would happily recommend this showroom.

Had a big electrical issue with my car. The technical staff went above and beyond to solve the problem whilst keeping me updated and the bill low. Excellent service and amazing staff. I have to be honest I would normally expect main dealers to charge high and not to be as helpful as these guys. Extremely happy and would highly recommend!

Made a enquiry about a valuation on my car and I was called by telephone from the sales man Leon. Leon was full of great Knowledge and understanding. I explained my circumstances and the next thing I was purchasing a fantastic new Mokka x. This is something I've always wanted and thought I'd never own one. Leon made it happen. After a day or so we noticed a few things we were unhappy with.

We contacted Leon and he's been a breath of fresh air. Everything sorted. I really cannot fault Vauxhall platinum in Trowbridge. Their before and after care is simply fantastic. I would recommend all my friends and family to buy from these. Don't take my word for it. Go and see for your self. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Leon for everything!

We often say "great service", but whilst ignoring the obvious pun that was really true here. The lady who dealt with me was very helpful and always friendly and the work on the car all done on time. They went the extra mile too to give me options to minimise repair costs. Will keep coming back.

Very good dealership so far. Had my wife's car in for a service. Very fast and friendly. Will be using again. Had to book the car in for a slight issue, booked in with courtesy car to use with no problems at all. Seem far, far better the Evans Halshaw we used to buy the car in the first place. Will never go back to those cowboys. I'll only be using this dealership in the future

I came in last week to pick up some parts, no issue there at all. Apart from the lack of any welcoming atmosphere as soon as i mentioned i was picking up parts, and being blanked as soon as the bell was rung, the real issue was while I was waiting beside the welcome desk the young gentleman behind it was what I can only describe as "Messing around" with another member of staff (young girl with brown hair) - laughing loudly, making inappropriate comments, kicking of chairs and generally making me feel awkward while I waited, further enhanced by another male member of staff (mechanic) sitting on the side at the back joining in.

This is something I did not expect to experience whilst in your dealership and something I'm sure you do not want customers of your dealership experiencing either. Overall a good dealership just some of the staff need to remember they are at work and not at school.
